  • My opinion as a concerned parent of rugby league players ... Remember to breath out as you go through the movement. Remember think dominos how they move ... from the outside of the leg to side of the hip up to fleshy side of the body up to back of the shoulder .... like flowing or fluid as water ....hope this helps its my opinion...
