This originally was used in preparation for working with our Canterbury Women.
The concepts can add to your tech but NOT replace what you do ... if it helps good. Remember the tech has already past the test of time. The life or Death experiments have already been done. If it does not work for you... put in more effort and time. It is not the tech it is your effort.

DETAIL: hand placement very important. Don't palm shoulder unless you are redirecting the shoulder.
