Bangkok is changing a lot, many under construction sidewalk some of them finish, tangled wires some of them put underground and canal rehabilitation. It takes time or years because bangkok its a big city 3times bigger than jakarta kuala lampur and metro manila,
Soon bangkok is totally change is more beautiful... And housing/condos development for the informal settler, 5 to 7 yrs from now bangkok is different level...

I agree.. I just hope it doesn’t lose its charm and soul in the process though.. seeing a Starbucks on every corner just doesn’t do it for me.. only time will tell

Tuktuks in Bangkok is expensive. I took the bus instead

Streetfood stalls disappearing, whole streets (soi 11) destroed.. yes ot changes...not for the good.... But hey 20 yesrs ago Soi 10 lots of bars ....rhen a park and now they are building something big... Its changing all te time.
Soon a lot of the Klong Toey Atea will be torn down for office buildings... Sad..
