Good job bro. Love the avalanche and the burnt orange is rad. Is your wastegate missing the fitting that goes on the top of the gate? I didn’t see it. Next time you can flush the oil pan by filling it part way and then draining it immediately. That will get more of the shavings out. Fantastic work bro. Appreciate it man! Wastegate Is supposed to be left open up top, I'll probably throw a fitting on there to make the hole smaller, but it's staying open for now until I throw some kind of boost controller on there.
Hopefully not too many more shavings in there. I plan on changing the oil and filter really soon just in case. Good idea with the flush tho. Thanks for watching Tom 🤘🏼

How you handle crank case pressure? I plan on running 10 an from each valve cover to oil catch can. Also have ls6 valley cover with port.

I just ran a line from each valve cover to a catch can. Depends on your boost level and your ring gap. I have no problem with crankcase pressure with the stock breathers on the valve covers run to a vented catch can.

Apparently the LS truck manifolds are cast steel. That's what I've been told.
