This one is!
Well, I started it when the sun was directly overhead. And the sun was directly overhead when it hit the same position again. But yes, the hour hand rotates once every six hours, the minute hand every 60 minutes, and the second hand every 60 seconds, which perfectly matches the 6 hour Kerbin day.
