I really like when you use the warm-up to run through the moves we will be doing in the workout. The 10 second rest/transition is hard for me when it's a complex move because it takes me a few reps before I figure it out. Getting to do a practice run in the warm-up helps my mind get on track with the program! This challenge was excellent as is all of your content. So thankful for you and the NML team. I set a goal last year to workout every day for a year, and I have surpassed that goal and I am on day 379 and counting!
Loved the series as I do better with 20-30m, and then if I have time I tack on a shorter workout with a different area of focus. Now what!? More of these please...MORE, MORE, MORE! Thank you!!!

This is such an awesome workout. I am a fit 60 year old and LOVE your workouts because they prepare me to continue doing the things I love, like heavy duty gardening. Functional strength and standing abs will keep me going and stop me falling. Thank you.

Whoo hoo! I just completed this workout, I'm so much stronger now, even though I completed the work out with a pair of 2 lbs dumbells. I'm starting again tomorrow with the same 2 lbs dumbells to perfect my movements and after that round doing it again but with 5 lbs pair dumbells. Yes, a Strong 20 Part 2 would be Awesome!!! I finished the 10 day today and feel great! I’ve been working out with you since the beginning of the summer and used 8, 10, and sometimes my 12lb dumbbells. As I finished today I used mainly 15lb and could have used 20’s!! I am a 61 year old Grammy who recently lost her job to “ageism” so these workouts are helping me to feel good about myself and that I am not too old to matter! I’ll keep saving $$ until I can afford to get 20 lb dumbbells and will continue to stay strong! Thank you for being so motivational and a good person!

I like when someone adds a clip in the corner of the next exercise. This helps you too. You won't have to explain the next workout and then gives us time to rest instead of having to pay attention. Lol might seem small but I think it helps ! Also, if we want to get a few more reps in we can watch the next exercise at the same time. Hope that makes sense.
56 years young here and due to working out with you young ladies faithfully, I've upped my weighs to 15 lbs! Way to inspire me to be better and be stronger for my family and granddaughter!

Obviously because the dumbbells are adjustable th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 they are a little bulky for certain movements. The handles are decent and fairly comfortable. We really love that they saved space in our small home and that is primarily why we got them. We've had them for more than 6 months now and haven't had any problems at all. I definitely would avoid dropping them however as I don't think they're built to handle that.
Been there 3 under 5… now I’m a fit 58 year old with amazing 20 something’s who I adore! Staying fits and functional strength is the way to go! Thank you!

6 months postpartum, and I completed your 30-day postpartum challenge, and now the Strong 20, and it has been great! I am planning on doing Strong 20 again with heavier weights, then moving on to the next program. I just finished this workout. I was doing it every other day. So it took me 20 days total. I’m a mom of three littles and I love these short workouts. I feel like I can manage my week and not feel guilty for not being able to workout at all because I have “set aside an hour”. I love the fact that you have variety and I prefer these videos over actual programs you have to pay for. Im also a chronic asthmatic but it’s under control and I can feel the difference after these workouts. I’m not as out of breathe managing a home and homeschooling my children like I used to. I’ve been doing your workouts over the past four years on and off too. So thank you for making these videos. It’s changed my life. ❤

I started doing your challenges about 6 months ago. I started with 8 lbs, moved to 12 and now just upped to 15. I'm loving the progress and not getting bulky like you said , just strength and endurance. Thank you for these!!

I love this program! It's a crazy good work out in 20 minutes, which is the perfect amount of time for a busy mama. I just finished my second time through this and I'm going to do it again. Please keep making programs like this!
I have done lots of your calendars and this is by far my favorite. As a working mom of 3 busy teens/preteens, this was exactly what I needed. I plan to definitely do it again and to come back to the workouts when I have limited time. I loved it.

Just finished this program for the 3rd time since January! It’s a winner! I highly recommend it for post vacation- I love exercising but was having the hardest time finding motivation. 20 minutes was manageable and helped bring my motivation back!

This has been an excellent program. I just finished 2 weeks of it, and I feel much stronger, especially on the balanced unilateral moves. It is a blessing to have these workouts available for free. I enjoy the positive attitude and encouragement every morning.

I just finished the program and will start again on Monday, but would love additional 20 minute functional strength training videos! Just finished this program for the second consecutive time. I work at an accounting firm and the next 2 months are crazy busy so these quick workouts are great for me to fit in at the end of my day. Much gratitude as always ladies!
I did it! I turned 40 in June and my 30s were all about tiny children and I didn't exercise hardly ever. I have a resolution to workout in my 40s. Lindsey, you mentioned that you have 3 kids 5 and under. at 35, I had 3 kids 4 and under, and girl it is HARD. That's why I didn't work out...lol. Now they are 5, 7, and 9 and it's a lot easier in some ways but we are even more busy, so a 20 minute work out that is this good makes me so happy. I can already see improvements from workout 1 to today!!! Thank you!
I turned 40 in May and I can relate. As much as I wanted to workout, I just didn’t have the time or energy. But I am loving myself despite my kids dad telling them me working out is me being selfish and worrying about myself. I know the truth. I know I need this. I loved this program and hope you do more! It was so nice to have a quick workout already planned for me each day. I am 54 and my 30-year-old daughter and I were both doing the program and loved comparing notes. My oldest daughter was a personal trainer and I used to train with her 3 times a week plus do workouts she planned for me. After 15 years, she decided to go a different direction professionally and stopped training. I was afraid I would go back to my old routine of doing nothing but then I found your channel and have been hooked! Thank you so much for your workouts and your motivation! Keep up the good work! I just finished this workout. I was doing it every other day. So it took me 20 days total. I’m a mom of three littles and I love these short workouts. I feel like I can manage my week and not feel guilty for not being able to workout at all because I have “set aside an hour”. I love the fact that you have variety and I prefer these videos over actual programs you have to pay for. Im also a chronic asthmatic but it’s under control and I can feel the difference after these workouts. I’m not as out of breathe managing a home and homeschooling my children like I used to. I’ve been doing your workouts over the past four years on and off too. So thank you for making these videos. It’s changed my life. ❤

I have done lots of your calendars and this is by far my favorite. As a working mom of 3 busy teens/preteens, this was exactly what I needed. I plan to definitely do it again and to come back to the workouts when I have limited time. I loved it.

Just finished this program for the 3rd time since January! It’s a winner! I highly recommend it for post vacation- I love exercising but was having the hardest time finding motivation. 20 minutes was manageable and helped bring my motivation back!

Just finished this program for the second consecutive time. I work at an accounting firm and the next 2 months are crazy busy so these quick workouts are great for me to fit in at the end of my day. Much gratitude as always ladies!

I did it! I turned 40 in June and my 30s were all about tiny children and I didn't exercise hardly ever. I have a resolution to workout in my 40s. Lindsey, you mentioned that you have 3 kids 5 and under. at 35, I had 3 kids 4 and under, and girl it is HARD. That's why I didn't work out...lol. Now they are 5, 7, and 9 and it's a lot easier in some ways but we are even more busy, so a 20 minute work out that is this good makes me so happy. I can already see improvements from workout 1 to today!!! Thank you!

I turned 40 in May and I can relate. As much as I wanted to workout, I just didn’t have the time or energy. But I am loving myself despite my kids dad telling them me working out is me being selfish and worrying about myself. I know the truth. I know I need this. Just wanted to high five you and tell you what an awesome job you’re doing!! ❤ 84 for life for sure 😂

I loved this program and hope you do more! It was so nice to have a quick workout already planned for me each day. I am 54 and my 30-year-old daughter and I were both doing the program and loved comparing notes. My oldest daughter was a personal trainer and I used to train with her 3 times a week plus do workouts she planned for me. After 15 years, she decided to go a different direction professionally and stopped training. I was afraid I would go back to my old routine of doing nothing but then I found your channel and have been hooked! Thank you so much for your workouts and your motivation! Keep up the good work! Also, I love that you do videos while you are pregnant and recovering, I feel if you can do that! I can keep going too :)
