    Wow! I loved this! I have been struggling w injuries, extended illness and finally getting back into working out. This was a perfect way to get going again and has inspired me to get back after it!! It was concise and effective, long enough for my stamina and pushed me as well as got me excited because I can start out with these 15 min videos to get back going again! Thank you so much!

    This was my first work out back after being sick for 2 weeks and it was accessible … easy enough to jump back in and still challenging! Thank you!!
    The questions I get while I’m driving my 3 kids around can be overwhelming too … but I love that they share them.

    I love this workout! NML-workouts are the only workouts I do now; normally I do longer ones but today I only had 30 minutes before school pick up and this was perfect! Especially coming back from a few weeks of being sick. Thanks so much, team-NML!

    I love these 15 and 20-minute workouts during the holidays! It makes it so much easier to stay with a fitness routine at a time of year when it seems as though there aren't enough hours in the day. And they're strenuous enough that I don't feel as though I've shortchanged any of my goals. 😊

    LOVED this❤. Was not in the mood for working out. Saw this and I was like yes, I can do 15 minutes. I loved it so much and my mood was enhanced, so I did a second time with heavier weight. Creativity is on POINT ❤ I feel so much better now. Thank you ❤❤

    I’ve done the 15 minute full body strength workout from a couple of years ago several times and have been hoping for another one that’s similar! This one did NOT disappoint. Thankful to have another challenging 15 minute full body for extra busy days. 15 minutes is way better than 0 minutes! 🙌🏽

    This was exactly what I was looking for this morning - short but I am sweaty!! I agree that it is at times much easier to motivate myself on certain days when I see a 15 minute work out and then by the end I feel so good that I look for another add on video.     Loved this one, was planning on doing the longer pyramid for my full body day because I thought I had more time but then got a phone call and now have less time.

    This workout kicked my booty! Woke up this morning with my endometriosis flaring, so I wasn't motivated. I started my routine with mobility and followed with this 15-minute full body. Finished with 15 minutes sitting outside in the sunshine. Thank you for an array of awesome workouts!

    I was so not motivated to workout today, but I knew I wanted/needed to. Thank you for this! I actually did the warm up for a 30 minute video but then switched to this…I couldn’t convince myself to do 30 minutes today, but 15 seemed doable!

    Great way to start my morning before a run, day 6 completed. feeling good and so accomplished as I've never been consistent with strength training before. I just love the workouts, I actually canceled my membership to a gym and joined NML, . This is so much more doable for me and in the comfort of my home...The workouts are just awesome thanks✌💯💪

    I am a runner and I have a hard time scheduling strength work in bc after 1-2 hours of running workout, I'm ready to be done but this 15 min workout worked me hard and was very doable time-wise to do following a run!!! Thank you!!!

    Just did this at 22 weeks pregnant and it was just what I needed! Had to modify the last move to be bird dog and did my push-ups inclined. BUT loved it! Will definitely be repeating this one! 🎉🎉

    Such a challenge this morning to do this workout! I’m noticing some discomfort in my knees from all the squats. Is there something I can be mindful of in the future to prevent the knee pain?

    Holy moly avocado and banana! This was a spicy 15 minutes strength after your standing abs. Also put in resistance band lower body as well… loved it!!!!! 😊

    Loved that quick and dirty workout. 😅 In this season of life with littles it’s hard to fit in a 30 or 45 minute workout so Strong 20 has been my go to. Loved to mix it up with this one today! 15 minutes is better than no minutes!
