GOALS 😍😍 I have seen this house 3 other times with other realtor channels and you are the only one that has shown every nook and crannies and I like that , its a big beautiful luxurious house that needed the time to be shown , not rushed so great job 👍👍 so now if you can get into the toll brothers casabella home that would be awesome , I saw it once wuth another realtor channel but she did terrible and that house needed more time and attention that wasn't given 😁👍👍✌

Glad you liked it!! I appreciate the feedback as well! I've corrected the lens in my current videos so no more fish eye distortion.
I love it and it would be exactly what I would buy. I love the arched door ways and the opening between the master bedroom and the seating area. The bathrooms are beautiful. The stone used throughout this home is a great feature. The only thing I would change is the outdoor area. I would do something different around the pool area by adding some great chaise and some large colorful umbrellas, a fire pit, and colorful flowers. I think it needs little softening to the area. All cosmetic but the hpuse is perfect.

Exactly. He used a fisheye lense which created lots of distortion. Fisheye lenses are good for landscape or horizon photography or if you're trying to make an effect of the subject or the surroundings of the subject.

The only thing I’d change about this house is to make the bathroom to the downstairs bedroom more like the master bath. You could take some space from the club area to do so. Otherwise I really do love the layout of this house. The fact that almost all the bedrooms have their own wing is really appealing to me, and I love the den and upstairs study area.
I agree. I would rather stay in the basement room than the master but I would rather the master bath. But other than that, one of my favorite houses!

Great observation! The builders didn't put doors on some of the rooms in these model homes so it will fell more open and free flowing. They will put the doors back in once they are done with it tho.

I love this house. I love the defined space in the master as a sitting area. i would change the tub to a walk in whirlpool & maybe change the grill to be under the covered lanai.
Love your ideas!!!! Especially the whirlpool!! And with the amount of rain we get here, I totally agree with bringing the grill under the covered Lanai!

unfortunately it cannot, but you can build this floor-plan or something similar as a custom home on your own piece of land.

Great Question!! The taxes on this particular model home was around $20K last year.
That master suite and that basement is worth the price of this home.
It is a great home!! It starts at 1.7M without the basement. This model here shown is around $3M with all the upgrades.
That camera is horrible! So is the annoying music. The house is okay.

For show and for sale. Sometimes the model homes are already sold to someone and they just lease it back to the builders so they can use it for show. And when the builders are done using it for show they will fix everything and put it back to normal for the owners.

Don't use fisheye lense when recording the interior of a house. Everything look distorted.

😂😂😂 camera ain't cheap bro. You would be shocked how much that setup is. I just didn't do any fish eye corrections in post editing because at that time I didn't know how to. It's perfect now on newer videos. But remember, I'm a professional Realtor not a videographer 🤷🏽♂️

Now that's how people should response to ignorant comments and the world will be a better place. I have seen this video before from other realtors and it was just music and no info. I think just the right amount of music and info it makes it personal. You get to know the person behind the camera and that's how you build loyal followers and subscribers and you angry guy on the other hand, don't like the video there are other videos of this model on you tube with just music .There is no need to attack one another. Leave a feed back that will help him understand his audience and grow. You need him as much as he needs you.Without both sides meaning the content creator and the audience there will be no TH-cam...
