  • As an agency owner myself, I developed this Notion CRM for agencies to combine traditional CRM features with the ability to create client portals that you can use to track billable hours, project tasks, and more.

    This looks really great. I don't have home/my tasks yet and it sounds like Notion are being slow to roll out. Will this CRM still work (with the exception of having all tasks in the "home")?

      Yes, it will! I was having the same problem and then I added a user then right away deleted them from my workspace. Seems like adding a user is the trigger to be able to access the Home feature.

    Great stuff! QQ: does the "Agency CRM" template have features of "Professional CRM" such as 'campaigns'? I'd like to have both on my end... Thank you!

      If you get the free version you’ll be sent the CRM bundle over email, which will give you access to all 3 CRM templates for the cost of 1

      @@OptiOppNotion thank you - this is a very generous offer! Does it make sense to keep all 3 of them? I suspect that each of them will have to be managed separately... is that so?

    I'd like to set up a Zapier integration in order to launch ✉automated (trigger-based) email campaigns ✉ based on campaign participation. I was wondering if it's something that I'll be able to do. Thank you!

      Yes, that is possible. Although I would suggest using Make instead to build this do to cost and the ability to create relationships.

    hi, if i have already purchased your optiopp CRM and since I do have to manage alot of client projects and external partner liaison. will this help me further and will i have to integrate the two together for it to work?

    • @OptiOppNotion
      @OptiOppNotion  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You would have to integrate the two. My recommendation would be to watch the video on my channel on how to create a client portal from scratch. After watching that video, you should have the ability to integrate it with your current Notion setup.

      Thanks,
      I actually started with your OptiOpp free version to a paid version. But when I tried to migrate the old data across. It broke. When I think I’m inserting data in the new CRM, it’s actually going to the old free version. With that issue, I haven’t had time to look into where the problem was and hasn’t been able to use it for a while. I find that when we purchase a template without knowing how it’s built, the cause and effect one slight changes or issues can lead to a hulk. 🥹
      Appreciate your response, I like the idea of the agency and new home concept but guess I’ll have to realign the system before I can get back on. Wish me luck 😅

    Whats the difference between this one and OptiOpp CRM?

    • @OptiOppNotion
      @OptiOppNotion  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      This one is designed specifically for agencies and has client portals integrated to track client projects. It’s meant to be simplistic whereas the optiopp CRM is for larger business and can handle more generic CRM needs. The optiopp CRM has the same data model as Salesforce.

    Will this CRM for Agencies easily integrate with your OptiOpp CRM? I already purchased OptiOpp Pro and look forward to the Client Portal and new Dashboard features. Great stuff you doing and keeping everything Notion, up to date.

    • @OptiOppNotion

      You can certainly take a look at the difference and implement what I created inside of the OptiOpp CRM. Not an easy transition though. They have different data models around how deals are handled.

      @@OptiOppNotion That was a great question. I have a five phase marketing process and I am transitioning a lot of things into notion and this is great! Out of those two which one would you find is a better model for the strategic part of marketing vs tactical part? If you need a little more clarity let me know! I purchased both.

      @@OptiOppNotion oh another thing to note for the agency one a lot of companies may have a retainer with a percentage of sales as well.
