Thank you sir for making this video. My 2024 R 1250 GS Adventure is about at 3000 miles. I plan on changing it in between the dealerships 6,000 mile interval. Oil and filters are cheap.

Is your GS on side stand or center stand for oil change. Also, do you recommend running the bike prior to performing oil change and for how long ?
Not on center stand. And yes , ride it for 30 minutes prior if possible
Was wondering if that included the transmission oil or if that is a separate oil change interval?
Separate oil change interval, thx for watching 👍
Transmission and engine oil are the same! Final drive oil is different!

Not sure.
My service reminder (caution sign) is illuminated on my TFT screen. Does anybody know how to reset ?
Dealer has to do it.
