    Hello there, Sunand.
    The interview with Sunnita Datta was excellent...!
    The discussion's core concept has evolved into a prompted inquiry as a clarification by you, which is very appreciated.
    Sunitta has observed and responded empathically to each inquiry, indicating expertise of the Delivery Manager position.
    She has done an ice-breaker walkthrough on project and people management, which I have seen with my team in my professional life.
    "Kudos" to Sunnnita for her outstanding statement on people management, which serves as a motivator for both individuals and businesses to reach their goals.

    Strange answers. PM does exist in an Agile world. SM works with the team while PM is responsible for managing the project end to end which means taking care of PM artifacts, making sure project conforms to PDF framework, funding approvals, cost management and putting Project to bed. None of these are SM responsibilities.

    Absolutely beautiful video. The greatest virtue a person can due is to share knowledge. And hats off to you guys for doing that. Sunand I am a Scrum Master and am actively looking for job change. Almost 90 % of calls I get is for Scrum Master + Project Manager. This video truly helps. Is there any other video that you can suggest that would be really helpful

    Hi Sunand, Is there a way to calculate the performance of a scrum team? Are there any metrics for performance calculation? Thank you

    • @CareersTalk
      @CareersTalk 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      it depend on org. to org. , so there is no single ans. to this question but yes we should have few metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness of our Scrum team like ex.
      Sprint Goal Success
      Time to Market
      PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT of team members
      Estimates v Actual efforts
      happiness index
      ..many more..

    • @nehagaud
      @nehagaud 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@CareersTalk I have a request you make a detailed video for these metrics. Please make a video. Thank you

    Request you to suggest few recognised certifiers for CSM course.. Which will help in landing in a company as scrum master with no earlier SM experience?

    • @CareersTalk
      @CareersTalk 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Navya, pls. go with PSM not for CSM. With no earlier SM experience, find some good mentor !! Read some good books, participate in webinars, join CoE form your current org. etc
