It is like how Death in Terry Pretchett's Discworld call his mount "Binky". And Binky is indeed a living mount, not a skeletal horse since they have a tendancy to fall apart. 🙂
@@patrickdees5256 It is one of the funny things about him. If you envision the antromorphical Death as a traditionally skeletal creature in dark robes with a big sharp shyte then Discworld Death is exactly that. He is also very nice.

Ok, i like Gods and Deities, but what about demons lords and ancient devils? hahhahsah... i mean, something more dark that i can use as villains in my campaigns ;-;
if you want a villain I imagine he'll get to Bane at some point and he makes a pretty good villain, or at least his clergy does. If you really want to use archdevils or demons, there's a lot of information about them in Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes. Furthermore, Out of the Abyss and Descent into Avernus are both published campaigns revolving around Demons and Devils respectively. Wizards of the Coast likes to give Fiends a lot of love. the one gripe I have is that they only provide stat blocks for one Archdutchess of the Nine Hells (being Zariel), but you can homebrew the others using information provided in the books and using Zariel or another stat block as a base.

Yeah i try to homebrew and use what we already have, but his videos normally bring more information that just 5e and are more easy and dinamic to learn ahahshaha. And i think that right now, the vibe of the demons and devils is better in my campaign because brings a sensation that is more caotic. And i can put enemies directly coming from there, sometimes depending on the level of the party i can even try to bring the demon lord itself or his avatar. But i dont imagine my players going against the strongest gods...

The Fiendish Codex 1 "Hordes of the abyss" details Popular demon Lords and a few Lesser known ones and gives stats for all of them., i.e. Pale Night Mother of Demons, Malcanthet Queen of the succubi, Kostchtchie Prince of Wrath, Dagon Prince of the Depths, and the Fiendish Codex 2 "Tyrants of the Nine Hells" details all nine layers of hell and their Lords pre Zarial. The first Fiendish Codex also Names 663 layers of the Abyss and their rulers but does not give stats for them all. The Book of Vile Darkness also has some info but to a much lesser degree although it does mention that if you want the Demon or Archdevil to have a organized religion giving them a rank 1 in divine power and adjusting accordingly would be the best option. Demons Lords are typically powerful enough to grant powers to a cleric that worships them similar to Lady Lolth before her ascension to proper godhood although she had an organized religion. Archdevils are in similar vain although they have risen above the rank of Pit Fiend, the highest normally attainable for a devil, to the point where they could almost challenge a Lord of one of the Nine Layers.
@@gasgy Have a look at AD&D's Manual of the Planes and 3.5e's Faith & Pantheons to get a good picture of what Outer Plane each god resides in and what creatures exist there (usually as servants of the gods). You might find something interesting for when you need to switch your campaign over from fiends to something else :)

I think when he first became their deity there were around 100 on Toril and a few decades later they were over 400. So just over time his portfolio will grow unless the Saurials are wiped out.

Just a note for you Mr Rhexx. Cairns are stacked stone formations, not raised earth mounds. They are used by some as alters of worship, or as memorials, or as landmarks. if you look at those maps, there are actual art elements representing the cairns on several of the mapped earth mounds such as the Morgur's Mound map, and others such as the oaktree map appear to be circles drawn implying a burial mound atop the earth mound.
This is very helpful since I'm running Storm King's Thunder. Thanks again for doing a video on your thoughts for the module. It has helped me fix some of the major problems of the module.

Since we're in the area, does anyone have any current information on the Kingdom of Many-Arrows? I've heard there was a coup, then it was recovered by the Obould line, then in a book the Battlehammer clan decided to show up and dismantle Dark Arrow Keep and the Kingdom. So now they're just spread around there?
Not a Forgotten Realms scholar nor a D&D player yet, but I think the current king Lorgru Obould is trying to rebuild his kingdom. Yet there hasn't been any news. My guess is if there is a new campaign expect an adventure where an ancient dragon has taken over a dwarven stronghold and the orcs of Many Arrows be in situation where the dwarves have no choice but beg for help.

Uthgar does not resurrect. Me: *awkward chuckle. I once DM'd a campaign where the party's barbarian died to a bear. I had his god (Uthgar) resurrect him to complete a holy quest. Basically this guy was new and I didn't want the character he had spent 2 hours building being wasted in the second session.
For those who play primarily 5th edition, god's are even MORE powerful than you might think because they often will have 40 total character levels usually split into two classes with maxed abilities but also an additional 20 levels of 'Outsider' giving them a total of 60HD and any god above a certain rank always takes maximum HP on their HD.
