Those aren't Titans with a capital "T". Those are titans with a lower case t. Totally different things altogether. One's the name of a godlike apex race of giants; the other is a creature subtype only used as an abstraction in the 5e monster manual.

Isn't Toril a Megalith(Eternal of Earth,immortal) with Magma attacks that when used against immortals causes permanent damage to their being as their "god blow"? Megaliths like Torii,however, are mindful of the life on them and won't rapidly manipulate their surface just to deal with Titans or gods causing havoc as Megaliths are utterly immune to attacks cause of sheer size(2nd edition guide to immortals)

I really like the video. As a GM I've allowed players to go OVER LV 20 and let their stats go OVER 20 too (so for challenges I often had to use the actual "end boss" chart as the allies of the boss and the big baddie itself would get its life points multiplied by 10. Players DO love to deal massive numbers and for combats to last a reasonable amount of rounds. So not just a One-shot-One-Kill) SO when it came to fight against GODS, I often narrated that they would fight them using an Avatar of themselves (as the real god would be in a different Plane or too far away in space), This allowed me to Use the TITANS for their avatars as baseline to customize different GODS. Well that and D&D 3rd edition manual of Deities witch actually showed charts of different Pantheons and full stats+spells+CR and all needed info.

ALSO, I love Titans, when I got into the lore of the settings in 2e, the idea of these super-beings just got me giddy with whimsy. The first home-brew world, instead of gods in other planes, the top dogs of existence were these bad bois. Logic would dictate that they'd be the defacto rulers of wherever they were, and clerics would have to personally petition them or a proxy for their spells, like dark souls covenant style. The crowning achievement for out cleric was [we were using book of exalted deeds and vile darkness] becoming a Martyred Saint after they TPK'd to the BBEG, not fighting per say but trying to save the city and get the citizens to safety, she brought the party back to life. BBEG thinking they were dead, they were able to pull off a plan to kill him. Afterward the payoff of the cleric being able to bestow Adept levels to level 0 commoners and grant up to 3rd level spells was fulfilling for her. It was a fun campaign.
Pathfinder had an enemy race that was made by the titans called the Demodand and there was a Tiefling archtype that could be their spawn. Was pretty cool. (Though those titans seemed more evil aligned)

I have a homebrew set of creatures that might be able to go toe to toe with cronus if working together based on those stats, but technically the system is very much separated and travel to or from this realm from any other realm is a godlike feat in itself. The number of high DC checks to survive the transition would be absurd as well due to what I call a "patch in the weave". Creatures in this homebrew setting are simply made out of different stuff. Similar creatures exist though!
Campaign idea: A titan is slaying the gods of a universe and the players have to choose to side with their remaining gods or the titans, eventually reaching a point where magic is used to temporarily turn into titans with the help of said god or titan and trick the last remaining forces from which ever side they oppose into combat and rid the world of gods or titans.
*Campaign idea:* You are sent by the Gods to destroy Kronus’ soul using a magical sword forged in the Underdark and enchanted in the Feywild by the time the spell trapping the Titan breaks.

There are actually four titans in dnd’s books. The Astral Dreadnaught, the Empyrian, the Kraken, and the Tarrasque. All of these monsters, regardless of their creature type, have the (titan) tag much like how several fiends are divided by (demon) or (devil) tags.
