She has a great episode on cleanses and detoxing in ayurveda. When you spoke about Saucha it reminded me of it, because it's very easy to misinterpret the concept specially in today's diet culture, people take detoxes to an extreme and it can lead to disordered eating behaviours. I'm hoping this is helpful and not taken as me picking on you or the philosophy of yoga, because I really enjoyed the video :)

And I'm learning Sanskrit i love this language & indian culture it's different kind of Festivals and my favourite God is Cute Ganesha & The Mighty Hanumana.i also know about little bit Mahabharata and Ramayan.
