You are lucky to be residing in a country where the politicians are matured at least in this context. Whenever INDIA has it's first "free for all" skatepark, the "Local RWA's" and politicians will disallow dogs (and all animal-kind, for that matter) from accessing it. They already disallow them in parks inside residential societies and public parks. And they're encroaching more and more of the space that rightfully belongs to species other than humans.
This pup looks extremely smart. Thank god he found someone who understands that and loves him for it.

Definitely a min pin or a min pin mix. They're wildly intelligent little problem solvers and are usually quite... opinionated. 😊 They're amazing little dudes and dudettes!

Met a guy whose story goes: “I was standing on my balcony smoking a cigarette and watching a lady drag her chihuahua around yelling at it to hurry up and pee, so I yelled down, “cute dog” she snapped her head around and yelled back, “YOU WANT IT?!?” To which I replied, “yes, I will be right down” when I got down there she shoved the little shaking pooch into my arms and said, “wait right here I will bring you it’s food n’ stuff” I just told her to not worry about it. Brought her in the apartment as my mind was racing, my wife was gonna flip! Well she didn’t. They took her to the vet, she was malnourished and needed a lot of emotional support. She was also nearly blind. But only a year or two old.
Dogs are awesome. I have 4, the most allowed in my community, but they are not something to impulsively obtain because you saw a cute movie with Dalmatians, or St. Bernards, chihuahuas etc. they are demanding because they are highly dependent upon humans. If you struggle to choose what meal to get at a restaurant, chances are an animal isn’t a right fit for now.
I totally agree up till the last part. I often can't decide what to order at a restaurant but I have a record of 25 rescued animals in my home.
Valerie Foster, I loved how you rescued this dog, and honor/respect that in you, but you are wrong about foodies in restaurants taking their time, as we get lost in savoring the flavor in our minds, what our mood might relish in the moment. We are entranced with a passion, and by the way, I have done animal rescue for years, had arrangement with an awesome vet, who did surgeries, whatever care for free, while I paid for supplies. My daughter was included in this, as well as our oil spill rescue. I have never hesitated to open my vehicle to a lost, injured, or abandoned critter of any kind. Even a skunk once. Lol. 🐾🦨

Nooo! We do NOT need ANYONE breeding ANY animals! No matter how smart or cool they are! Take a look around! Shelter's are full to capacity, & every rescue person/ group (myself included) is just as overwhelmed.
MILLIONS of animals are being MURDERED every year because there aren't enough homes for them! It's DISGUSTING & SHAMEFUL! Untill EVERY shelter, & EVERY rescue is EMPTY! There is no need to breed, PERIOD!

OMG!!! How cute is that. Brutis is just amaaazing and so is his dad❤❤ All rescues and no shopping of doggies so good. Some people just suck fancy that taking a a dog to the shelter because it barks too much!!!😢 What an attitude!! Wonder if she would dump her baby because it cried too much?
the reality is that some dogs bark much more than others, and their humans don't put forth an effort to figure out why and to help reduce the barking. is the problem the dog's temperament; is the dog's owner not asserting authority over and setting limits for the dog; is it separation anxiety; is it boredom and lack of attention / exercise; is it due to the placement of furniture where the dog can sit and watch out a window all day, seeing and hearing every little thing that goes on outside, and then barks at everything that moves or makes a sound? believe me, i lived next door to a dog that barked 24/7 inside a neighboring townhouse for all the reasons i listed here, and despite our trying to work it out with the neighbor, it went on for years and was very disruptive and frustrating. when people have a sudden, unexpected change of circumstances and end up having close neighbors, they need to be considerate of the dog and the new neighbors. and if they are already living in close quarters with others, they need to give a lot of thought to the matter before getting a dog.
