THIS HOUSE IS BAD THE BEDROOM THE KITCHEN THE LIGHTS BACKYARD EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL I LOVE THANKS FOR THAT AMAZING VIDEO AND GOD BLESS PEACE OUT
Please start showing the entire closet (instead of you standing in the doorway) and bathroom for the owners suite and the entire pantry. I know the floor plan is available on the builders website but since you filming it is something people want to see.
Thanks for watching Scott! I didn't get into the whole master closet this time, but I'll try next time! :) Because we shoot these in one take most of the time, I sometimes miss things that I don't realize I missed. I'll remember next time!
I do love the layout of this home. I'm in my 20s and I would love to see the primary bedroom downstairs away from the hustle and bustle on the upper level. Overall, this is my color scheme. The flooring, the cabinet, and paint color. Interior design wise, I will add some faux wood beams in the living room and the master. Its been a while Amy since you dropped your last video prior to this one. Nice to see you again.
Hi Fermin! I appreciate you watching! I usually post on Sundays and every other week I post on Wednesday or Thursday too... I LOVE the faux wood beams you can put in. It's on my list of projects for my own home!
Hi Amy. Traditionally, I've always lived in settings where the sleeping areas have been on the upper level, and the living areas have been on the main level but it would be nice to not have to come downstairs to make coffee or grab a snack, therefore; I've come to embrace the idea of having the master suite on the main level, preferably tucked away at the rear of the house.
Yes! And I can tell you, as you get a little older it is nice not to have to go up and down the stairs all the time. When my babies were little though, I definitely wanted to be on the same floor as them.
Amy, this house is Beautiful. I'm Love'n the 2-story with the master suite being on the 1st floor. The pantry seemed a little small, but, other than that, great layout and staging of the furnishings. Lovely tour as Always. Take Care and Stay Safe!
Hi Robert... to be honest, I had it in my head that this is was a gas community and then in this model it is an electric range. I'll check tomorrow and post below!
So... here's the thing. That's ON topic! I always stress over what shoes to wear. I like these, but we shot 3 videos that day and my feet were killing me! ;)
Hi Catina! Boy, I sure would love to find you communities with no HOA but those are few and far between! At this point, any home without an HOA is probably going to be in an older community an if it is listed by another agent I don't usually get the opportunity to videos in them. I have lots of clients that don't want an HOA and I can tell you, those are TOUGH to find these days!
These days if you start "from dirt" homes are taking 9-12 months due to permitting and sometimes supply delays. BUT, this builder often does "spec" homes where they start building it and then put it on the market. In that case, you can often get a new home within a 3-6 month time period.
I don't generally do rentals because to be honest, having an extra agent in the rental process can just be one other person in the middle. There is usually already a listing agent plus a property management company involved... BUT, I sincerely like to help people find the perfect situation, so you can always call or text me for advice!

You can spend anywhere from $25,000 to $100,000 or more depending on what kind of pool you want to put in!
