I combined the rice pudding with raspberries, oranges, dates, goji, and pecan nuts (inspired by our other dish about the 8 treasures).

Yes, our “chicken” noodle soup is nothing but salt water, “noodles”, and….. no chicken. 😢😢😢. This looks sooooo easy to make. Might make it a staple for me.

I'd leave it up to taste during plating. Some people like bones and cartilage, in their soup, others not so much.
