For short rides this is good enough, but for long touring would suggest riding pants or denims as it's more safer and abrasion resistance and also won't break or slide off in the event of fall or crash , just safety worth the investment $$. Becoz have seen many knee guards break or slide off during such unprecedented events.
I have been using these for the past 10 years and I have done close to 1 lakh kms on 2 different bikes. Absolutely no issues. I have had crashes at low and high speeds upto 90 kmph. Not a scratch! 😎👍
@@HighwayToHill I used to wear knee guards over jeans, but they weren't very comfortable. After switching to riding pants, I found them much more comfortable for long rides. I usually recommend riding pants over knee guards based on my experience, but it's great to hear that Rynox knee guards work well for you. I'll keep them in mind for those looking for knee guards.
