Upsizing affects the handling right? Stick to stock size, I'm currently using Michelin pilot street radials at rear and Michelin road 5 at front . I will vouch for Michelin being the longest lasting tyre And value for money
Yes, ofcourse it does. One size is still ok. But ya... Bigger size, more weight, more rotating mass, slower acceleration and deceleration. I don't feel any major difference on the R3. Probably negligible. On smaller cc bikes which are light weight too I really wouldn't upsize. Gotta try the Road5. Next set 🤠👍 Thanks for your comment 😎👍
@@HighwayToHill I see, i ride a CBR 250r, i have only downsized once because my stock tyres (contigo) kept puncturing and had to put some temp tyres from a Gixxer 150 , i have ridden a r3 with 150/60 honestly didn't feel that confident in the corners .
looking to put these on my speed 400
@@2wheeledcompanion Cool... What do you currently have? Apollo H1s?
@@HighwayToHill no MRF steel brace. ok. what about CEAT sportrad, no videos of those on youtube
@@2wheeledcompanion How's your experience on Steel Brace. Ceat Sportrad is newly launched so might take a while before reviews come out.
@@HighwayToHill MRF are the only tyres i experienced, so cant compare. done 10300km and may they will last for another 2000km.

@HighwayToHill ordered them on flipkart sale and got the pair for 9400. Front was from Torqblock but other one was from some random seller
@@jaxemin Ohh got it... Date of mfg is ok? Not too old I mean. Good deal.
@@HighwayToHill rear is may 24 and front is august

@@m.rraghav817 Yes, 140s are tough to get. I had 140s on the Diablo Rosso 2. It is fantastic. Amongst 150s TVS is better than the Apollos I feel.
the tvs protorq are good tyres but the availability is badd
