I was lucky enough to have worked on this production. I worked at CRISIS FX (in southern California) at the time and made all the cellphones (and a few arrows) for Martin Short. Additionally,.. during the Star Wars segment, the blaster Julie Deply is wielding, was and still is my very own.... I even got to be the 'on set weapon handler' and the 'technical advisor' for the Stormtrooper armor during the filming of that segment, I met them both and was honored to be there. (but alas, I never got to see the live show)
wait, i just found out they closed it, a shame because it was a beautiful show for any movie fan. what surprises me is that i only found out that they closed it the day after i went, without knowing i saw one of their last shows.
I remember going to Disneyland Paris when I was very young, and being dragged into this attraction. One of the only things I remember from the trip because for some reason they decided to include a scene from The Exorcist and it gave me nightmares for weeks. I came here to check if this had actually happened
My family and I were never the huge fans of the parc, except for this show....we always loved it an went there for multiple performances. I still think they made a massive mistake getting rid of it. But who knows, they might pull it back out for nostalgia
That an amazing show! I don't think there's anything like it and they did a fantastic job integrating the footage with the new shots for the stage show. I wish I could have seen it live!
Honestly without wanting to sound pompous....this is the european parc people mover lost attraction. Everyone who's seen it was taken with it and flabbergasted...This was the the great movie ride we all loved and grew up with, wirhout wanting to replace the original, across the big pond
This is the kind of show that Disney used to do so beautifully, before everything became about shoehorning the latest IP into the parks. I always thought this was the best thing at Disneyland Paris and quite possibly the best theatre based attraction that the company ever did.
@@Jonathanest90s Of course I do, but I think you probably realise that this wasn't what I meant. Everything is IP once it is in a park, but there is a difference between this and the active use of attractions to drive merchandise sales of the 'latest IP'.
Studio theater will be renamed to Fox theater home of the Simpsons 4d staring itchy and scratchy after the purchase of Fox for being the new and last member of the disney family it will open in Anaheim CA, Orlando FL, Paris France, and Tokyo Japan making a great complement to the other Fox attraction the Simpsons ride 3d

I saw it live in Paris over 10 years ago. There's really nothing like it. Just a great job. Respect and appreciation to everyone involved. ❤️❤️❤️
Without doubt, my favourite Disney attraction of all time. I was sorry to return to Disney Paris and find it gone.
As a massive film nerd, this show was absolute heaven for me! Such a shame it closed!
This show was a creative masterpiece. I loved this show. It was so original and fitted into DLP beautifully.
The blending of footage is incredible for something from 2002!
and they did it living in caves with no electricity ! incredible !!!

The Narnians charging towards the wargs was the crossover I didn't know I needed

You do realize that the films presented here are IP based right?
