"No beta we kayak like Tim" is my favorite one I've come across. Context is that the character in question died and the entire fandom was in denial and it somehow became a common meme to say that he didn't actually die, he just went on a really long kayaking trip.

If I had a dime for everytime a Johnathan fought a vampire, I'd have ten dollars, which isn't a lot, but it's wierd that is been the plot of atleast two works of fiction.
Seriously, the ATLA fandom has a heckin lot of oddly specific but very very accurate tags.
For example:
-dragons have intense parental instincts (immediately followed by Non-Consensual Adoption)
-there's drugging but I wouldn't call it non-consensual
-Canon has been taken out back and shot, or at the very least received a very strongly worded letter to management
-accidental co-parenting with your minion's uncle
-bonding on top of a dumpster
-they can make him fight crime but the can't make him wear the hat

@@Justin-ul7fh I think explaining the worms spoils the midfuck effect we're achieving here, plus it'd be sort of a spoiler for the podcast itself (and I reccommend you give it a listen, it's REALLY good!). But generally because worms do appear in the canon of TMA quite often and in big events and unexpected places, the fandom made it a meme that you write a tag "canon-typical worms" whenever you include them in a TMA fanfic. And if someone stumbles upon it without context and expresses concern and confusion, the meme is to respond that we can explain.

1. They’re traumatised but love eachother
2. CAUTION : extreme fluff inside
I recognize the "rated M for like only one scene where it gets too harsh but otherwise a toddler can read this" and "update: do not let toddlers read this" tags.
