Honestly I expected this to not work but after 20 or so tries it finally worked, its the only method that did in fact work...
It worked - thank you for your help...I had been trying for soo long and phone just kept restarting. For others who are struggling make sure the phone is connected to the PC via usb-c and then follow this method on this video to the second. Thanks again
