1. Entrance Hall: What is something that you want validation for, but haven't received yet? Do you think that lying has its benefits? What's the biggest lie you've ever told and do you regret it? 2. Gallery of Lost Loves: What's something you would like to say to your past lovers? Table in the Gallery of Lost Loves: What is the object on the table, which represents something (not a person) you've fallen out of love with? Why do you no longer do that thing? What did you want to be growing up? (What would a drawing your younger self had drawn of you doing your dream job show?) What would your younger self say about your life now? 3. The Mirror Room: What do you attribute your biggest successes in life to? What about your biggest failures? Do you think you think about yourself too much? Do you think that reflecting too much on your life can be harmful? In what way? Do you think jealousy is ever a good thing? Do you think vanity is ever a good thing? Do you like how jealous you are? 4. Garden of Earthly Pleasures: What's something taboo you've always wanted to do? What's a material desired you're ashamed matters a lot to you? 5. Library of Wisdom and Legacy: If you could teach everyone in the world a single concept or idea, what would you teach? What impact do you think this would have on humanity? Do you think that we should be maximizing productivity? What else should we as a society try to maximize? What's the best piece of advice that you've been given, and how do you use it in your life? Do you even use it in your life? 6. Hallway of Echoes: Do you think that people have to live up to their potential, or should we just do things that make us happy? Do you think you should live life with the goal of avoiding pain? Why or why not? What about living life with the goal of seeking pleasure? 7. The Chamber of Time: What would you put in your time capsule if it was for you to open in 40 years time? What would you put in it if it was for strangers open in 1000 years time? 8. The Playroom: What's an activity or hobby that makes you feel like you're living life to the fullest? If every job was paid the same, what would you be doing? What other activity or hobby would you pass your time with? Do you think happiness should come easy to us, or do you think we have to work hard to find it? 9. The Forest: What do you think about living life to the fullest? How do you plan to implement this and what you've learned on this journey?
Nine pages and three days later but I have completed all of the prompts. I loved this so much you should defo do more videos like this and your art throughout the video was so beautiful
Thanks for this video that slow me down and get me to think about these difficult questions. As a typical Asian kid I barely spend time on looking into myself and most of the time I just feel like a compilation of others’ ideas, but with your guidance it seems like I’m gradually touching the core of ‘self’. Btw I checked out your vid about commonplace book as well and among all of the others vid I browse through it’s the best one :3
This is amazing. I loved how the pictures of exes and past loves leads the listener into imagining an object representing something that they have also fallen out of love with. It went by a bit too fast for me to really soak into imagining each thing but still a great experience.
I stumbled across your videos by happy accident. I enjoy them very much and hope you continue making videos like this. You've inspired me to start a brain dump journal and write more ❤
Your videos help me so much with my journaling and honestly every time I see your channel I’m suprised it has under a million followers will recommend you to everyone forever :3
