I hope we either get more ghoti Cards or fish cards that fit them. They need something that starts their engine better. Once they get going they are really good but getting them there is kinda hard still.
Your dedication to the deep sea fish of deep space is really admirable, thanks for these videos! Have you given any consideration to the combos that might play through nib or lessen its impact? Ive been trying to find the most efficent way to get snopios and zep in rotation so if Nib drops, askaan is still attainable at an absolute minimum. Although the only lines i can find are 3-4 card combos so any insight would be appreciated.
11:43 this looks like a very similar end board to your cosmo ghoti turbo in master duel and I’m all for it. One of the reasons I love ghoti is cause it provides some interplay with the end board, it’s not just a traditional end board with 14 Omni negates with 5 floodgates. And I definitely love the protection it provides, especially from negates so it doesn’t just fold to a DRNM. The one thing I didn’t like in the cosmo turbo deck was the choke point being coelacanth. If it gets ash’d then it can’t really do much after that. I even faced opponents that were smart and held imperm for white aura rhinoceros instead of coelacanth cause I had another fish on board and could tribute it for protection With these new combos tho, there’s so much versatility
Sadly no, I haven't spent time optimizing decks with the new cards. Making combos takes up all my time. Things are also changing everyday, as new combos and strategies are discovered.
decklist cade ela? esse deck consegue combar mesmo tomando han trap? se o oponente tiver o nibiru vc perder? tem como fazer um combo anti nibiru não? obs:eu não compro um deck pra peder pro nibiru ademais gosto bastante desse deck quero saber como ele fica com todas essas cartas novas
They are quite mediocre imo. Yes, there is potential, but as of rigjt now the cards don't go into anything beyond the exact line they were designed for. I hope we either get more generic fish support for these to fit into, or a level 2 / 4 fish tuner we can special from the hand on turn 1 instead of sardine/sunfish.
@deepseadarew6012 I wished for a ghoti started since their release. Just like Mutator in Myutant it would give the archetypal field spell way more value. It would give the deck more consistency and a reason to search ghoti cards because let's be honest they're not that great in the opening hands...

I was skeptical that Ghoti could make the most use out of this engine, but this video proves me wrong. I'll 100% be using it when it comes out!

An archetypal starter would be so great. It would give the field spell so much value just like Mutator in Myutant

Wonderful! White Aura has some issues. It will get better when get Harpooner is released. I'll talk about it in my next video :)
I tested a bit and the White Aura cards are too bricky and too vulnerable to handtraps for my taste.
I playa just one white aura level 4 for that reason, AND 2-3 copies of continuos spell

Great fancy combos, but I'm still not using them. They're just too clunky. You also play even harder into nib then the typical Sthana Ghoti builds.
