POSSIBLE ATAXIA SOLUTION: I found a study in the NIH database with a possibly treatment for ataxia. Just wanted to mention it in case Bob has not seen it. The study is called:

Thanks for this! I really needed exercises like this to help increase blood flow, because I have chronic pain which forces me to sit down in order to find relief.
Thank you for such a well described video, as I have PAD, neuropathy, spinal stenosis, and other conditions that restrict mobility…… And I am visually impaired…… so audio description really helps! Definitely need to put this into practice as I have a sedentary job from home, and I can take time to do the ankle exercises on my reclining chair/couch throughout the day. :-)

That's where my vertigo started, I put 3 pillows and in the morning I fall on the floor and I can't get up as everything I look is moving around in circle 😲, but thank God I'm already good in half a decade. 🙏🙏🙏

@@nisahahmad264 We have a very good EENT doctor. After taking laboratory test, he then physically checked my ear and gave me a medication. I took the medication in just one time and thank God I'm ok.

Awesome video. I have Lymphedema. Not fun. Have had over 20 cases of cellulitis in my life. Oral antibiotics no longer work. Have to go to ER and get on IV antibiotics. Elevation, manual lymph drainage techniques like the ones you demonstrated are key. And compression stockings. Must manage the swelling to reduce pain and risk of infection.

Please correct me doctors if I'm wrong about bridging. You're supposed to not arch the spine up all the way. You apply more pressure on the floor from the balls of your feet rather than the heels. And you roll your spine when coming down after simply lifting up vertically.
The only way to improve my blood flow & circulation is seeing Bob & Brad together again in the future videos.

Actually, competitive swimmers will spread their fingers slightly, to create a web effect, that moves more water per stroke.
This video helped me when I flew to NY and I was retaining fluids in my legs and feet. I had never had that happen before. And I've been there several times before. I used the lymph massage, elevating my feet, and pumping my feet. It took 2 days to get rid of all of it. For some reason, it only happens when I go to NY. Maybe elevation? Idk. Thanks guys! 😊❤

Could you use a large exercise ball instead of pillows
Is sleeping with legs elevated okay? I do it because I sleep on my back and it keeps my back from hurting but I'm wondering if it will harm the veins in my legs.

I am having intertrochanteric fracture and the bone had swollen and the bone is slightly bended inwards is it curable through physiotherapy its been 16days to the the injury
I have suffered from swollen ankles .i am retired. I devised an indoor running circuit and start the run off half asleep yup in my pj,s and shuffle jog but as i jog i slowly increase my speed always within limits. Doors and furniture hurt. I find the act of you feet pounding on the carpet gets the swelling from even starting. I have a routine of 900 steps the last 100 are short 5 -7 step bursts because i feel i can. Hope my practised suggestion helps .

Do these exercises bring oxygen to the feet and leg or just take back blood flow towards trunk? I need to know exercises to decrease edema but also to increase oxygen supply to the feet and legs

If a person is able, what do you think about practicing the yoga move of "legs up against the wall"? (I forget the technical name!)
As long as it's not causing new or more pain, this is an okay move in general.
The last three movements make sense.. The lymph stuff at the first instance in this video just does not seem to click in my brain.
Research lymphatic system. It will make more sense.

I'm in the habit of doing the lazy girl's exercise since my teens -lying down with three pillows under my feet, two pillows under my waist and none under my head for 20 minutes. I don't move a muscle, gravity does the work!
When you have a bad back that limits what exercises you can do, at least my wife can do these two things to help blood flow.
