I agree and I am waiting to see more results, i have not ran a 1/4 track with mine yet to know timing. Just going hy other youtube videos. I also run full 4 door 4x4.
Last I heard is Ford is either gonna redesign the expedition and add ecoboost OR discontinue the expedition all together. Expedition needs a lot of work to compare to the yukon.
It's all about WHERE you are running at the track. Houston is hot and humid and kills our density altitude. I had a Jeep SRT8 modded with same mods as some others running 12.5s in N.Cali where I was running a whole second slower.
the figures they give you are also understated cause people get 400whp out of the new 5.0 mustangs when they apparently only make 410ish hp to the crank.
@svt89 see that's the only thing preventing me from biting the bullet, 27k and you have to either get a basic used work truck, or a decent lariat with like 60-90k miles on it already. Plus it's damn near impossible to break 20mpg average even after delete and tune, then you smoke like a stack.
There are lots of gains to be had just by changing the way the computer handles the motor. The computer manages the fuel injection, ignition, cam timing, boost levels, etc... All of which have everything to do with power output. I imagine the power gains were made by sacrificing MPGs since the EcoBoost engines are set up to maximize fuel efficiency. I'm sure the 3.5 EcoBoost can handle 500HP & 500TQ if Ford wanted to. It never will though because it would no longer be an ECOboost - just BOOST.
Do you have any representation in Ontario Canada. I'm looking for a place that I could just Buy , Plug & Play. Unles you ship no hassel to Canada!!! Thanks and congrats, very impressive!!!
There is a lot of computing going on with this engine. Not only for horsepower, but engine protection. If the EB is generating excessive heat, protective computing measures will kick in. How does your product handle this realistic towing scenario? I dont think I'd want to be sending false signals to the engine computer.
Mark says How is 387 not 90hp over stock these trucks dyno around 300rwhp and a dyno is just a tool if it reads about 300 and posted 387 afterwards its still 90rwhp the peak number doesnt matter its the difference between the pre and post numbers that matters. So to say that it is a bit over 60 just shows you know nothing about how a dyno works. the dyno can be set up to show a higher or lower readings based on the pressure put on the drum,as long as the setting remains the same all is good
@malkowskitube Idk who told you that you cant break 20mpg. I do it all the time i average about 22-24mpg on the highway. And dpf delete trucks do not smoke when your just cruising around town only when you really get into will it blow smoke but thats on the 250hp tunes or higher.I can run 175hp over stock and barley have any smoke come out at wot. When i bought my truck it had 48,000 miles on it.If you wont a real work truck go with a cummins paid 21k for mine with only 32k on it 3 years ago.
Old men are always the worst with comments. Yes the ecoboost engine makes about 365 horsepower and 420 pounds or torque. However, that number is fords conservative crank shaft eating of the engine
its a dynojet which inflates numbers. I bet the numbers ford gives you are Mustang Dyno numbers and all they did was take inflated numbers on their dyno and inflate them more with the tune and downpipe. It probably only gained 45 to the wheels had they compared factory numbers to a mustang dyno pull.
These results are bullshit. These trucks don't run 15's stock, they run consistant mid-high 14's. However, with a "magical" 90rwhp gain, this truck ran a best of 14.6. 90rwhp my ass. This shop has been called out repeatedly and they have yet to respond. BS!
Jason Davis Ford should make a new sporty sedan to compete with the Cadillac CTS V-sport and Chevy SS sedan. Make it optional with the 3.5 ecoboost and 5.0 Coyote. Not the taurus SHO either.
I agree, the Taurus SHO is pretty sweet, but It needed the same 420lb that comes in the 150's. I think the Fusion would be cool with the 5.0 and the EcoBoost 3.5 and of course AWD
@fastlaneinc that's alot of power from just 3 upgrades great job guys!!!
I have a Fmic, intake, exhaust, meth injection and a tune from MPT. It made 504ft/lbs of torque and 414 hp. This truck has a lot more to give.
I agree and I am waiting to see more results, i have not ran a 1/4 track with mine yet to know timing. Just going hy other youtube videos. I also run full 4 door 4x4.
@mikesanto70, yeah, take two turbos of the 7.3L powerstrokes and let it sing! I like your thinking.
@tspecht610 because 360 and 420 are from the flywheel. not from rear wheels.
Last I heard is Ford is either gonna redesign the expedition and add ecoboost OR discontinue the expedition all together. Expedition needs a lot of work to compare to the yukon.
That truck will come close to keeping up with chevys stock 6.2 half ton damn! Way to go ford

@colton010 maybe they turned the boost up a little too. turbo 6cyl make power easily though.
the figures they give you are also understated cause people get 400whp out of the new 5.0 mustangs when they apparently only make 410ish hp to the crank.
they do have a ecoboost in the 2015 mustang
@svt89 see that's the only thing preventing me from biting the bullet, 27k and you have to either get a basic used work truck, or a decent lariat with like 60-90k miles on it already. Plus it's damn near impossible to break 20mpg average even after delete and tune, then you smoke like a stack.
I want one!
Not bad for 213 CI.
Good job fellas
Sound like a GN.
Talked to these guys the other day they will hopefully have pricing on it next wk
@tspecht610 360hp is at the motor..not wheels.. plus, it's 365hp, not 360. Stock at the wheels is slightly over 300hp.
@mrdiggsie no. Ford will know if the ECU has been tampered/tuned

@sdvten you go ahead and crack the stock programming then, let me know how that goes.
@biffnacid we tuned it with our new plug and play tuning system.
when is someone going to put bigger turbos on one, looks pretty simple to do since they are on each bank on the exaust manifold, easy to get to!!!!
@tspecht610 those factory ratings are flywheel horse power, these numbers are wheel horse power. you loose horse power through the drive terrain
Stock they ran a 15.4, they posted with kit ran 14.5.
The numbers that the factory says are sometimes lower than actual helpa with insurance pricing
@colton010 and our custom down pipe
365 is hp at the motor these guys tested the hp at the wheels
man id love to run 14lbs of boost on my v6f150. 7psi just isnt enough :(
Wow its amazing how many people on here didn't know fly wheel HP is not rwhp! Pay attention
Do you have any representation in Ontario Canada. I'm looking for a place that I could just Buy , Plug & Play. Unles you ship no hassel to Canada!!! Thanks and congrats, very impressive!!!
ya, when is the tuning available.....and can it be "hidden" from the local ford garage?
they will soon. They are using that platform to get rid of all the left over 5.4 motors. At least that's what ford told me.

GREAT VIDEO AND INFO, WHAT BRAND OR TYPE OF LOWERING KIT DID YOU GUYS USE ON THAT PICKUP ? 2 AND 4 ? HELP ME ON THIS DATA, THANKS
@sdvten - lol... it's a proven way to tune used by lots of people. sorry you don't like it.
How long until a 1/4 mile run and can we see stock dyno run.
How is 387hp and 421 torque 90 hp over stock when factory rating says 360hp and 420fpt.
isnt the ecoboost 365 hp stock, thats only like 20 extra hp if your running 387
How much and how soon can I get it?
@fastlaneinc will this be available for purchase? If so, when? And does the truck need to be in your shop for a tune, or will it be preloaded? Thanks.
I dont see why these results are unreal to some people. The exhaust on these trucks stock sucks. And a tune always helps
Sound like you used an inline box to "trick" the pcm then? Not the right way to do it.
what kind of drop is on that truck???
Mark says How is 387 not 90hp over stock these trucks dyno around 300rwhp and a dyno is just a tool if it reads about 300 and posted 387 afterwards its still 90rwhp the peak number doesnt matter its the difference between the pre and post numbers that matters. So to say that it is a bit over 60 just shows you know nothing about how a dyno works. the dyno can be set up to show a higher or lower readings based on the pressure put on the drum,as long as the setting remains the same all is good
@svt89 how much total $ you got into that 6.4? (Including vehicle price)
These are 360 Hp 420 something tq stock right???
how did u get 90 extra hp with just a tune and exhaust?
are you selling the downpipe
387/421 is not exactly 90 rwhp... I'd call it a bit over 60, which is reasonable with tune, intake, exhaust, DP
did you tune the car with SCT advantage software?

How can I get a tune or tuner for my 2012 F-150 ecoboost?!
David Propst Ever try a google search? Be resourceful.
Post some ET on the truck
do you see any mpg increase?
I need to get your tune on mine. On some days my ecoboost dont have enough power to move. check out my videos..

@ama828unm lol cool story bro id put my 6.4powerstroke up against the little v6 any day.I dont think the f150 is runing 12s like me.
@malkowskitube I paid 27,000 for it used and mybe 800bucks with a tuner,dpf-cat,delete and intake.
Crank Rating**

GM can't compete! Who wants a government motors byproduct anyway????
Guys, come on, give them a break. it's 90rwhp over stock...the old stock 4.6L v8. LOL!!!
the new down pipe is to high in price
ford needs to seriously tune these babies up and drop in into a mustang or even design a new coupe... just to shut the nissan fanboys up
There ya go.. The ecoboost is in the mustang hahaha.
RideOrDiiie not a damn 4 banger though
RideOrDiiie yeah, but it's the 4cyl single turbo :/ I WANT THE 365HP 420LB 3.5 IN THE MUSTANGS!
