Look like a satanist temple to me, look at the butchering of millions of animals and burning of blood and meat to offer to this so call "god", it is obvious that no real God would like this type of "offering" except satan himself.

@@modztunerz Wrong ! When Gentiles who have been grafted into the Natural Olive Tree of " Yisro'el " do not stop being Gentiles . And there are no J'S in Hebrew . Do you as a gentile practice eating Kosher foods ? By not eating pork or any of the unclean animals ?
Do you still worship on Sunday ? Shabbat begins on Friday evening sundown till Saturday evening sundown .
Do you still keep and practice the pagan holidays like Easter ,Halloween ,Christmas ,Valentines day instead of keeping the Mo'edim ( The Appointed Times ) in Vayikra ( Leviticus 23 ) ?
Do you keep and obey the Holy Mitzvots ( Commandments ) ?
YeShua who is the Jewish MaShiach born in Beit Lechem in the City of David is from the Tribe of Y'hudah and the very seed and lineage of King David .
Salvation comes from the Jews .Jews wrote the Torah ,Tanakh and the B'rit Hadashah ( NT ) In Hebrew .
And all of His Talmidim and Emissaries were Jews .
Shimon Kefa and Sha'ul were called to reach out to the Gentiles to bring them into so they could share in the Kingdom of Heaven .
Shimon Kefa and Sha'ul started Messianic Communities ( Synagogues ) in the book of Acts .
Constantine started the First Roman Catholic Church in 313CE/AD and changed Shabbat from Saturday to the pagan day Sunday .

A "gentile" does not mean you are not a physical descendant of Israel. If you study the history of the Olive Tree in Scripture, it began as one tree. But after Solomon sinned, the Kingdom became divided and the Olive Tree split into two: Israel and Judah. Then Israel whored and was cast into the wilderness, becoming a wild olive tree, a "gentile" tree. Israel became gentiles by mixing with all nations. This is why at Pentecost in Acts 2, we see all the nations gathered together with Judah, because they are the two houses reunited: Judah and all the nations Israel mixed with. Prophecy was fulfilled. But now we await for all of Israel and Judah to reunite at the return of the Messiah Yahushaa.

Very nice! An excellent tool to see forms and sizes of the temple. But this temple (and basically all the modern reconstructions) lacks the classical ornaments and entablatures of classic design (they are hard to render). The jerusalem temple was full of beautiful carvings and details (flower patterns, palmettes, acanthus patterns etc). Just look at the Baalshamin Temple in Syria, or the Bacchus temple in Lebanon. Seriously, go to google and search the "Door of Bacchus Temple". It is magnificent. And the Jerusalem temple is said to be the most beautiful of the entire region, so it was more beautiful than the Bacchus Temple. Look at the carvings at the Door. It is incredible. I can only imagine how excellent was the Jerusalem Temple.
The upper part of the door of the Heikhal was carved as a shell (Vieira, I dont know in english, sorry). You can see the door in many samaritan and jewish ancient synagogues. The door was iconic.

Fun fact, Jesus was at the temple in John 8 when He said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life” (John 8:12). During the time when Jesus made this statement it was The Feast of Booths (chapter 7) and Jesus was teaching in the temple in Jerusalem. These lamp stands that were in the courtyard would have been obviously noticeable if they were as large as the Mishnah claims (Mishnah Sukkah 5:2-3). The people in the courtyard would have been in awe of these illuminated structures but notice what Jesus does, He redirects their attention from looking at these lamp stands and states, “I am the light of the world...” This as well as many other times in Jesus’ ministry Jesus takes the physical edifice of the temple and the objects in it and redirects His audience to Himself as being the fulfillment of these objects which only foreshadowed the reality of them in the person of Christ.

I am a Jewish believer in Yeshua the Messiah, today in the New Covenant God gave to Israel and the world (Jeremiah 31:31-33) our bodies become the Temple of the Ruach HaKodesh! (Ezekiel 36:26-27) Yeshua is the promised Messiah, the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world! (Isaiah 53) please read these scriptures and ask Adonai sincerely to open your eyes to the truth! All of this points to the Messiah! 🐑👑♥️🇮🇱🌎

Philip's wife's name was Herodias (heroine of the path, or zodiac = Virgo), the lady who longed for John the Baptist's head. She was the daughter of Herod (hero of the path, or zodiac = the Sun) the tetrarch (governor of four). She was also the daughter of Hercules (hero of the skin - the Sun). He is placed north of the equator on the solstitial colure, with a lion's skin thrown over his back. He is tetrarch, because, as the Sun, he is Lord of the four seasons. Directly below him, on the opposite side of the colure, is Philip (Sagittarius), the son-in-law, with bow in line with the triple-headed dog of Hell in the hand of the father-in-law. Looking westward on Map 4 (Elijah Burritt's), we see Herodias, Philip's wife, precisely on the equinoctial colure. She is looking at her father as if asking for John-the-Baptist's head - a cup of cool water, which of a sultry and dry in August, is quite refreshing. The time was near the end of the dry season. Soon, however, the fall rains began and her longings were appeased.

It is interesting that Jesus was not brought to the temple Sanhedrin room but to Caiaphas' house. It was illegal for Jesus to be tried in secret and not in the Sanhedrin room with all of the priests present.

The tapestry separating the Holy of Holies should have been one piece, not a traditional curtain with a split in the middle as shown in the app. Exodus 26:31-35 says it was a curtain (singular) which is further born out by its tearing at Jesus death (Luke 23:45) and the meaning of which was explained in Hebrews 10:21-22. The New Testament writers, so close to the existence of the actual temple would not have gotten that detail wrong by any means and the Hebrew writing bears this out in Exodus 26

To have a window you would assume daytime, but the temple is open throughout the day and night, that's why nevertheless you need a Menorah.

💯Great video. One thing that stumps me. There is no temple, there are no more sacrifices. So how can you atone for your sin without blood sacrifice? 🤔

Some people think there were indeed windows in the Temple. The TH-cam channel of Sergio and Rhoda in Israel has a video about a 9-ton slab of glass in a cave at Beit She’arim that some people think may have been a window in the temple, now no longer transparent because of being exposed to high temperatures during the burning of the Temple.

It all speaks of the Lord Jesus Christ the Lamb of God that taketh away the sins of the world.
“Having therefore brethren boldness to enter the holiest by the blood of Jesus Christ, by a new and living way which He hath consecrated for us through the veil that is to say His flesh,
    What a saviour.

Thanks so much for this tour. It's so hard to picture it when reading about it in the Bible, but this really brought it to life! I have a question. Did they have "worship services" here .... for lack of a better description. Or was it just for sacrifices?

The lamp stands were a little more than half the height of the Temple, so they look about right, just too narrow at the bottom. Placement for the Chamber of Hewn Stone is about right. (It would not have been accessible from the Israeli court). From what I have found in research, the Temple side chambers (actually sides and back) were entered through the side tunnel on the right when both doors to the Sanctuary were closed. The rooms at the end of the Porch were used to maintain the chains, knives axes saws etc. used in everyday operation of the Temple. Yes, I am in process of doing my own version of this. Information comes from the Mishnah, Flavius Josephus, Dr. Leen Ritmeyer and others. There was supposedly a room above the Sanctuary (accessed by the second door on the roof)? That then led to the room that was used to lower priests into the Holy of Holies for cleaning, but they always faced the wall. Well done walk through (I know how hard it is to do lol).

I got to the top of the roof. Nothing much other than a great view. There was one scroll note talking about the roof drainage.
