Aggressiveness can be translated into a lot of things, if one has no control over their tongue when under pressure, law isn't for them. If the Judge says this is contempt of court, your client's "life and business" are under severe jeopardy anyway. When things get really out of hand. Most of the time such incidents are taken care of through mutual understanding on the floor of the court room believing whatever happened , it happens in a specific matter which has nothing to do with general behavior of judge towards the advocate and vice versa.
