I think for Luigi’s mansion 3 I’d go with the boss battle in the movie set area cause I remember that being pretty epic. Maybe you could make a list of the most frustrating boss battles?
Handaconda from the Origami King is a fun boss. On the first half, you have to rescue Olivia. On the second half, you play rock, paper, scissors. Also the music is a great fit for it. It really does sound like a snake.

If you ask me my favorite Luigi’s mansion 3 boss was the pirate a shark first it was like a hole in the ground and you had to shoot bombs in its mouth then it turned into one of the walls and literally flipped the entire boat you fighted on and to survive you had to use the plunger and hold onto it then it turned into its normal formed and you killed it great boss fight
With his backstory he’s certainly the most satisfying, _narratively_ to beat, because you feel like you’re taking down someone truly reprehensible, but I agree with Nin10do that Cortez is overall the best boss fight. Challenging, but never cheap, great design, and a sinister presence throughout the chapter with deep ties to some of the characters that the Chapter is focusing on, Cortez is sure to be the favorite of many people who have played and/or completed the game.

I think you missed Mario Party 4. Most of the Mario Party games only have a single Bowser fight at the end, so since its the only one, it is automatically the best fight, but in MP4 you actually battle the board hosts in a mini game to move on. It may not be a direct fight, but in my opinion it still counts.
