If you wear the linen on you body and put soemtjing on top that's better than wearing polyester on you skin where the linen can get rid of the sweat and moisture
You're soooo right about the colors thing, I have multiple times in my life tried to wear lighter colors bc I was 'supposed to' in the warmer months and just felt wrong, black grey and dark jewel tones all the way for me, heat be damned lol Great video! 💜
