You can most definitely get new ear pads for your headphones! I have a pair of Bose OE2s that were my Dad's, and I've been able to change the pads a couple of times over the years as well as the wire whenever it's got too damaged, so these are like at least 6 years old now but still just as good! Also, my favourite (and only) pair of sunglasses are these big round white ones, the style is probably more fem, but I just see them and think of Kurt Cobain so they feel more neutral to me :)
I have those same studio headphones with the same problem with the earpads peeling/flaking off 😭there are replacement earpads available anywhere from $15-$20, I believe I got mine from a brand called wicked cushions- they feel about the same imo
