Thanks Deepa ji for the awesome recipie. I am new to cooking field after my marriage ;).. I tried for the first time to make veg-Biyani. Everything went smooth but I misjudged one thing. During Last step, I had to wait to pressure come out on its own after removing the cooker from low flame. I could not decide how much I should wait, so after 10 minutes I took out the whistle and opened the cooker. So the rice looked uncooked. I added some water and go for one more whistle. Now it looks exactly how you showed in video!

Thank you deepa ji, all of your instructions I've written on a diary. Whenever I'm hungry for veg Biryani. I'll prepare exact as you said. All though it was super tasty and the taste of all khada masala's was perfectly cooked with the each and every piece of rice. Awesome recipe...exactly as you said..ekdum hotel jesa taste..infact my MIL said it was better than hotel or dhaba..I used beetroot,capsicum instead of beans,potato and cauliflower...doubted that my experiment may go wrong,but it turned super delicious...great going...keep it up
