here what you gotta do since its quick and you wont be able to watch the video as you go... V
1.Make a Finder group on your main
2.hop on an alt, Que to join group
3. hop on main, Invite alt
4.Hop on alt, Accept Invite
5. Do same for other alt (might be able to do this step with step 2 queing up both alts before hoping to main to invite them both.
6. Get everyone to the boss.

Equip [Shadow's Edge]
1. Hop on main Pull boss get 1min debuff.
2. hop on ALT 1 to get in combat and Press ALT F4 Load up the game again.
3. Hop on MAIN bite ALT 1. Press ALT F4 Load up the game again.
4. Hop on ALT 2 to get in combat and Press ALT F4 Load up the game again.
5. Hop on MAIN bite ALT 2. Press ALT F4 Load up the game again.
6. Hop on ALT 1 to get in combat and Press ALT F4 Load up the game again.
7. Hop on Main Bite ALT 1 then KILL BOSS!

Hey guys, i've tried this method 5 times and everytime it fails when i have to re-bite my first alt because he is MC so i can't bite him. Do you know what I am doing wrong? Seeing the comments section the method seems to work fine so i think i'm messing up somewhere but can't figure out where :p

As of shadowlands APR 2021, solo is still working. I recommend you disable 100% of addons if your having issue doing fast swaps, and open 2 wow windows that are in fulls creen + windowed mode. Its much faster to alt tab and put in password (which dc's the other window) then pressing alt+f4. Good luck!!
Finished the quest today. Been stuck on it for years. I did bring three alts after reading others had trouble recently, but with three alts, it worked like a charm. Thank you so much for this.

For anyone looking for this as of May 2020:
I did it yesterday, it still works exactly as described in this video. Just be aware that if you're clearing to Lana'thel with character 1 and then joining with characters 2 and 3 (and 4 if you like), you will need to leave the instance on character 1 and then run back in or you won't be able to see the rest of the group. I think it's something to do with different trash being cleared.
May 6th 2020 still works!! Did it with two alts and I followed pretty much what Angelo Di Vincenzo said written down below for a more quick guide on it but thank you so much. It was a pain in the ass but definitely worth it
Took about 5 tried but I finally did blood infusion solo! It's a lot harder when your toons are on different realms lol, you have to be super quick. Thank you so much for the guide!

Brilliant, thank you! Wasn't working for me at first as my main kept being dead when I logged back in after engaging the first alt in combat - disabling all addons did the trick and allowed me to switch fast enough.
I just did this on my DK today on 03/16/2021! Used 3 alts, faced all against wall, then made 1st alt naked! Then followed your log in log out instructions and it worked great! Thank you so much for this vid!
Holy shit, thank you so much. Took 3 attempts but after I just sat and watched your video and understood when to alt+f4 it was easy. I was giving myself too much time to wait for things,, I didnt realise it was so simple once you saw that debuff on the alt ALT+F4 and then repeat to the next. This quest has been in my logs for years and I never had the time to sort it out or try recruit people to help. Thank you! Now to grind the rest of this out so I can transmog it in Shadowlands :D

I can confirm that this still works as of 28-11-2020. I had to deactivate every addons and come with 3 alts to switch between characters fast enough.

This is so awesome man. All this time (3 years now) I have totally disregarded doing this since its so hard getting a group of trustworthy people not to mess this up and little did I know, it was way easier to do than i thought lol. Did it with two alts without need of rezzing any of them. Just did it an hour ago so it's confirmed that this method is very much possible as of 1/28/2020. Thanks for the awesome trick man!

Thank you!!! Took me a couple of attempts, either my characters died or I messed up with bites due to loading times, but was able to reset the boss each time. I ended up having 3 WoW windows open and my email and password filled then used your method for ultra quick switching and managed to start the first quest and get to the last part all in about an hour. Used to have shadowmourne back in current content but my account got banned (I'm a badboy :D ) and thanks to you I have now only got 49 shards till I have it again.

I have soloed Blood Infusion quest just now with 3 of my alts in the group, thank you for guide :) It might be impossible without SSD disc or with slow pc.

1st October 2020. This method works. Alt+f4'd straight after I pulled boss on main. everything went smoothly. I've been stuck on this part of the chain for like 8 years. I honestly cannot thank you enough for this tutorial. I am forever in you debt. Haha.

Was JUST able to complete this (12/15/19). I think I was waiting too long to swap between characters waiting for debuffs to appear. I just made sure to attack the queen with each alt as I came up, then ALT-F4'd. Had to use 3 alts, staggering them with the lowest level to the highest (not sure that mattered), but it worked just fine. On to the Frost infusion and the grind for shards! Thank you Llama!!!

Did it last night 04/23/19. I've had this quest since Wrath, and wasn't sure how I'd ever get it done. Thank you so much. I was having issue with slow load screen. Tips: I turned off all my addons and lowered graphics(just in case) and got it done no problem

How did u doit for me for some reason my alts kept being in different instances eaven tho i accepted the raid lock
@@istvanantal1431 they have to all be grouped together. I would have the main character get to blood queen. Than use the lfg tool to add all your alts go in. Never use logout, always use alt f4 when switching between them

this can sometimes occur if you already have a raid lockout saved on one of your toons, might be worth checking :)
Did this a few days ago, for those having trouble with the unholy or the blood infusion, see below.
To confirm, this has not been patched. I don't even know if this can be patched, all you're doing is intentionally disconnecting a character.
Anyway, for the unholy infusion. I had the issue where the boss would reset when I entered the abomination. If you're having this issue. Bring two characters, your main and an alt. Park your alt in the middle, and your main.
Tips:
Disable ALL addons
Lower your resolution to the lowest it will go
Close all other programs (If your like me, you have Netflix on or Chrome whilst doing stuff like this)
Make sure you have Shadow's Edge equipped for all of this.
Unholy Infusion
1. Log in to your main and start the fight.
2. Alt + F4 and log into your alt. (There may be multiple green puddles at this point, even though it'll only have been a few seconds)
3. Alt +F4 again and log into your main, damage the boss below 80%. (Your alt should still be in the room, this will give the boss something to target once you get in the Abom)
4. Click the table as soon as the boss starts to move. Once you're in the Abom, start spamming 1 on your keyboard to consume the slime.
5. After your resource bar is full, press 4 to infuse Shadow's Edge.
You'll start taking quite a bit of damage in the Abomination. So you have to consume the slime fast.
Blood Infusion
IMPORTANT: The key thing here is that the vampire debuff the boss puts on you lasts 60 seconds. Meaning, if you want to execute this properly, you need to do so within 1 min and 20 seconds at the longest. The reason being. If a character doesn't bite anybody after 1 min, they will be mind controlled, and start attacking your other characters in the room. This is why several people below are logging in to find their characters dead. They're just not being fast enough.
1. Move three alts, and your main into the middle of the room. (You can only do this with two alts if you have super fast load times, what I found was my first alt becoming mind controlled because it took me too long to log back into this a second time, for the third bite)
2. Let all characters in the room disappear (disconnect) before you start the fight. Engage the boss on your main.
3. Once you get the debuff, Alt +F4 IMMEDIATELY, and log your first alt.
4. Make sure you're in combat on that alt (have a debuff or standing in fire), and Alt + F4 again (BE FAST).
5. Log back to your main, there should be about 30 seconds left on the debuff. Let this run out and turn into a vampire.
6. DO NOT BITE STRAIGHT AWAY. You have 10 seconds to bite your alt that should still be in the room. Bite when you have about 2 or 3 seconds left. What this will mean is that, you are biting the alt just before the character disconnects and disappears from the room. What you want to avoid here, is one of your alts having the vampire debuff for a minute, becoming mind controlled and having enough time to kill your other characters in the room.
7. Repeat the process above, it should look something like this. Main > Alt 1 > Main (Bite) > Alt 2 > Main (Bite) > Alt 3 > Main (Bite)
If you do this with two alts, it'll look like this: Main (Start fight) > Alt 1 > Main (Bite) > Alt 2 > Main (Bite) > Alt 1 again > Main (Bite)
Hopefully, this makes sense for those having trouble, you can see in the line above, that the idea is to log Alt 1 the second time IN UNDER A MINUTE. Because after a minute, the debuff will run out and the character will be mind controlled and kill your main.
This was long, but I waited like, 11 years to do this, so if this is helpful to anybody. It was worth it.
The trick for unholy infusion is waiting for three puddles and three adds to spawn, then clicking the table. For some reason, this stops the boss from reseting.
Not sure what im doing wrong. I used 3 characters, bit 3 and killed but no quest completion. My 1st alt eventually MC'd and killed the 2nd, but after i bit them both, dunno if that means anything. Also couldnt get the raid to switch to 25 man; The quest says it requires 25 man but i read that ICC was switched to flex for timewalking so, according to them, It wont show as 25 man unless 25 people get in.

4/20/20. This worked perfectly! However I needed 3 alt toons to get the last bite. I tried with a 90 rogue and he was dead by the time I switched, I called in a 104 DH from another server and all was magic! The coolest trick I have seen to date, its so easy, thanks again.

Awesome walkthrough on Blood Infusion! I had some issue with the two-alt method (debuff wouldn't drop off alt #1) so I brought in a 3rd alt and got it on my second attempt :D
Yes, I have noticed this myself. It doesn't work with just 2 alts, it needs 3.
Worked for me with 2 alts
I had problems with my 1st alt not logging off during the swapping, so I had both alts on at the same time and couldn't bite one. So I needed to use a 3rd alt too. In addition to that, the mind control was a huge pain in the ass.
If you're struggling with the MIND CONTROL, then to fix it log in your weakest alts first, 100s, 110s etc and unequip weapons and HoA on all characters before you start apart from your main.
I was logging in my DH first and it was destroying my 110s, so had to switch the order up. So I started off with my 110s pal, then 116 monk - both of which I put into healer specs, so when they got mind controlled it didn't really matter.
Eventually this worked a treat! Thanks to OP and everyone who commented about it, took a while for me to manage it due to the above reasons but got there in the end.

I don't know if you already done it, but don't overrush the alt+f4 process, so the 1st alt has enough time to despawn.
One tip more, You can use alt with healing spell to farm shards from Valithria Dreamwalker for Dk and Warrior.

I had the first alt naked, from the other 2 I only removed trinkets and the heart of azeroth to avoid passive damage from anything
Removing the heart, will disable all the azerite traits on your gear and your essences

I don't even get the toons in the same instance. It says that there's an ID (5/12) but once I run up the ramp to Blood Queen there is trash with my alts, not for my main though.

It took me 5 tries as I experienced a lot of the same issues I’ve seen in the comments but figured out how to resolve them...I’ll comment my experiences again later to help others but can’t wait to do this on my DK now...it was actually a fun challenge now that I know it works lol

To start I put all my wow settings as low as they would go and disabled all addons for faster login times...I already cleared everything to the queen, then set my group up...my first attempt though I still had trash to the queen to clear on my alts though I had already cleared it, then when I started the fight on my main and switched to my alt the queen hadn’t been pulled so there was no combat to get into, I switched back to my main and he was dead...so I feel like my main and alts were phased...so I took them all out of the raid instance and started a new group, then took them all up to the blood queen, of which it was no longer phased then
Having no longer being phased now, I also tried the alt f4 method on my first alt before pulling boss instead of logging in hopes that they would be in combat together when I pulled boss...but that resulted in my alt being dead from blood mirror...so I recommend to others to do just as you stated to log them before fight instead of alt f4
Logging my alts before fight worked out much better, they were alive any time I would alt f4 to switch to them and it also threw them right into combat with my main, so when I switched to my main they were alive to bite...which leads me to the next thing I learned, when switching to my main from either alt, my main is ready to bite ASAP! It happens fast! So I wiped initially because I couldn’t get to my alt in time to bite, so I moved them all closer to the same area, just not on top of each other...because at one point both of my alts were there with my main before the other DCed and it was hard targeting the right one to bite...I also used raid markers on both alts to see them better when switching to my main to bite them
And just to add...I did this on 25 normal, my main was a 101 Ret pally, my first alt was 110 hunter, and second alt 90 dk...I kept gear on both but unequipped their weapons in case of MC...I used my 110 first because he had a better chance of DCing before dying, which proved to be true...my lower level second alt ended up dead after the bite for every attempt, which was good because I just needed to bite him, but if I used him for the first bite he wouldn’t have been available for the third bite when I needed him...once I got the rhythm of everything, it took me a couple more attempts because i hard a hard time nuking what’s left of the queen the minute before I have to bite again...I did keep the shadows edge equipped, I was afraid to switch even though I believe it was infused, since we get no buff, we just get the 4 stacks of gushing wind that falls off...so I had to find a few more buffs before attempting again, I also had to go hard on the queen with all cool downs ok initial pull, until I got bit by her...then after all my bites and it’s time to nuke, I had to save all my cool downs for after her air phase...first time I finally got my 3 bites and I could nuke her, I used all my cool downs then she when to air phase and wasted them.m...so after a few buffs and adjustments I was able to down her in time before I had to bite again...anyone at 110 or up shouldn’t have to worry about nuking her though

You are a life saver! Just did this today 5/1/2020 on two characters, one starting the quests from scratch, and the other who was stuck at the blood infusion for over 5 years. My tips to those still struggling:
I used 3 alts. They were all 120. I unequipped anything that could proc damage (removing the heart of azeroth turns most of this off on your gear) but keeping the rest of the gear for the hp.
I positioned all the alts in the square in the middle of the room and then positioned my main just outside the square but pointed at it so I'd never have to move to bite someone and would always know where they were.
The part that really got me over the hurdle was that I never 'engaged' the boss on any of my alts. The second an alt would load in I'd alt + F4, login to my main, and when it loaded they'd be ready to bite. Besides the initial pull I never attacked the boss, just switched characters as fast as possible to get the bites.
Turn off ALL addons. The difference can literally be seconds in whether this works or not. I tried for over two hours the first time but on my second character running through I did it on the first attempt with these refinements.
I have a nearly 10 year old computer so it can be done with some tweaking and I hope this helps someone. This has been a thorn in my side for nearly a decade so thank you so much to the video creator!
So I'm trying it with 3 alts but every time I log into alt 1 my main is dead and the fight is reset. How did you avoid that?
Just did this, works for me. used 3 alts + my main (4 characters total).
@@alexfarley5704 This was the biggest problem I had in my first hour of trying (as it takes a long time to set up again running all your characters back) but I turned off all other programs my computer was running and focused on load times. I should mention also that I have an SSD for my hard drive. I don't know if this could be accomplished on a slower computer with a regular drive. But the main point is, if you're logging into a dead character at any point, your load times are too long.
