Hello, Few tips that I can ofer. Did it 2 times on Dragonflight prepatch, first phase, works fine. 1. see some people having issues with not seeing alts - Make sure to group up before you enter instance. I even entered each char to begning of the instance, then moved them one by one to BQL but that is likely an over kill, just make sure to group up fully - then enter. 2. You do not have to alt+f4 each time, open WoW x2 just by hitting play x2, it will discconect on one instance and work on other, then you can just hit reconnect to swap alts.
This was tremendously helpful, the 2 wows' was much faster than alt+f4. And taking the safe way was the only thing that let me see my other characters, ran everyone back out from BQL and back inside 1 at a time and there they were. I tip my hat to you.

But later on when the content was soloable I got to this point in the quest line but never had any friends nice enough to stick around and complete it with me. Did in the first try. THANK YOU!!!!

@@Unknowndps I did it with a Demon Hunter, Evoker, and Druid (all 70, all gear taken off). My Deathknight (Level 60) was the one doing the infusion. I **THINK** I bit the Evoker first, Druid Second, and Demon Hunter last. Hope this helps :)
This worked great. Thank you. Be sure to close the other game windows as you do this if your PC becomes sluggish. You can see how many you have open if you mouse over the WoW icon in the toolbar (if you have Aero you can see the mini screens with the warning that you have logged in somewhere else). Just hit the X for the mini window to close the WoW screen that says you have logged in somewhere else. Make sure you don't accidentally log out because I have no idea what will happen. Also, this is SO much easier if you have more than one monitor. Just keep the app open on your second monitor, hit the Windows key, and then Play.
Finally after years of trying I got it! Biggest advice is have a stop watch set up. Took me three tries today and when I put up the stopwatch it helped me see the 60 sec timer so I knew how fast I had to work

To add to the tips of having 2 clients at the same time: I was having trouble putting my mage first, because he always kill someone even naked, so a good option its to put some melee weapon dependant ability like a rogue, that he cant deal any damage with abilities if he doesnt have weapons equipped. I made that change and work perfectly.
Glad to say this still works as of 4/17/23 on dragonflight 10.0.7 used a dk as the shadowmourne welder and 2 lvl 60s and a lvl 50 took 2 tries but i got it in the end.

If you open 2 tabs of game and tab+alt between them you don’t have to completely reboot each character. You just tab back and forth between the questing toon and one of the others. I took 4 alts, one for mind control that was naked, and 3 to bite and I went back and forth from my pally to each one and back. When I started I made sure only my naked mind control stooge was the only one in there before I went to quester and started it. Was done trial and error, and taking a mass Rez toon does help. Gl to future questers and tyvm for the guide.
Thank you very much! I couldnt hey alt+f4 to work but did control alt delete and task manager and still was able to do it first try on my gaming laptop. Should be doable for anyone who has a decent computer.
I can confirm this works...but haven’t tried since Shadowlands release...did it last year on my pally and dk in BFA...I did it with 2 alts though, because sometimes the 1st alt wouldn’t DC soon enough to drop the bite debuff...just make sure after clearing to Queen to come out of instance when setting up LFG with alts or they will be phased for the fight...it’s too hard finding people to do it anymore so had to figure it out myself how to do it alone, but thankfully it’s doable 🤙🏼
Still works today in DF 10.2.6. Just make sure to not put a tank as twink there, seems like they will die just before you can bite them. Thanks mate for the guide mate!
Thank you! I was able to complete this quest after all these years! I had issue with all my toons being present at once for some reason, but in the end - it worked like a charm! Graphics set to min, all addons disabled, I was loading in quite fast.
Idk if blizz went in and "fixed" this or something. But the second I alt F4 on my main and switch to and alt the fight resets and the alt in the only one in the room
Instead of alt-f4ing, you may want to have two WoW clients open. Using the same account, when logged out you can reconnect via the reconnect button. Thus making your logout times instant.
Just tried this on 10.0.5. Got all 3 bites in. She had the blue hand icon debuff that stated the blood infusion would take place when the fight was over. I need the fight and no infusion. Will try next week. Maybe I needed to let a few autos hit before taking her out.

As of 3/24/2023 I cannot get this to work. Like blizzard wants us to beg people to go do content they don't want to do.
