I do not believe in slicing up a steak for service... I firmly believe that the juices of the steak will end up on the bottom of the plate if you pre slice it before serving... leave the stake hole and let the customers slice his own steak

A home cook would never cut off that part of the ribeye much less serve a steak with grilled artichoke hearts! International steakhouse cooking 101...come to Texas & your steak is grilled, potato is baked & green beans are served southern style with pieces of bacon in them!!! Comfort food at its finest!!
Why olive oil?? Low boiling point and intense flavor, I don’t really think it’s used for frying? It’s smelly and it spits and fumes. I like grape seed myself with the low flavor I think you taste the steak more. Thoughts?
