NOTE: What i didn't mention in the video is that you can change the color of the Effect! Go to CMD and type "color red" and experiment with different colors! So instead of "color 0a" that i said to put, choose the one you like!

0= Black 1= Blue 2= Green 3= Aqua 4= Red 5= Purple 6= Yellow 7= White 8= Grey 9= Light Blue A= Light Green B= Light Aqua C= Light Red D= Light Purple E= Light Yellow F= Bright White. or type 11 in and it will give you a command sheet.

actually, you make it completely fullscreen (except taskbar) by pressing the Maximize button in the upper right corner then press the key

when you have :a and then goto a, that is called a variable because a is the variable and when you put %random% alot of times once it is done it will reset because you used the variable

this is called a loop and what it does is when the %random% is finished it will go to a and start over. The a is the variable and goto a is what makes the loop
And you forgot "echo" command.

The thing is, no hate, but-
people already were doing this in 2000. It's just it was less known because it was all about C then. Look at what people did with C and C++, far more realistic with the "rain" effect instead of just totally random values.
How does one do this "rain" effect?
you could just made a shortcut to the batch file, go into the properties and make it open at maximum window size, it's much easier and faster

Mode 1000 will make the screen 1000 pixels wide. If your screen is larger use the horizontal value in the mode command to make the box open full screen width.
Ex. my res is 1920 X 1200, so I set mode to 1920 and it opens full screen. I get the command instruction line repeating, yet I don't see that in your example. Hmmm.
