When this CW show started it was a big deal to reach Mach 2. Now that’s nothing for just about every speedster in this video.
Things keep getting faster and faster for Barry Allen. First it was Reverse Flash. Then, Zoom came around and groomed Allen’s speed. The next thing we all knew Savitar announced himself the god of speed. Between all those shenanigans, plenty of other speedsters tried to dethrone Barry Allen as the fastest man alive. Of course, that’s no easy task. Many people have failed, but they still managed to earn a spot on these rankings. We hope you’ve got the need; the need for speed. Black Flash was able to defeat Barry before he was trapped in the speed force. He was able to run 5 times faster after that. And also in season 7 when he got a boast from the speed force he became faster than Thawne

He was trapped in the speed force. The only reason he was moving so fast is Bc a speedster can open the speed force at one place, and open it again in a complete different place. Only speedsters can see him bc they’re connected to the speed force, which is where savitar was trapped.
The thing that makes reverse flash the best villain is the times he shows the guy never seems to die hes all ways coming back at the unexpected time. I think reverse flash is as fast as Barry but just not showing it and at the end of the they should make the villain reverse flash he’s probably my fav speedster

As you can see at the season 5 episode finale Thawne used a time remnant and merges with him after so that makes the conclusion that he really is immortal and always uses the negative speed force.
I’m calling Savoyard as the fastest whether alive or not because he was so fast you couldn’t see him to the naked eye. Also he could just open rifts and close them whenever he wanted with no additional boost or help. Those rifts were opened with pure speed. I haven’t finished the show yet so I could be wrong

And he uses that paradox to full effect which is why reverse flash will always be my favourite speedster

Savitars movements are so quick that people couldnt see him and just to see him you needed to be a speedster I definitely think he needed to be ranked higher

He only appeared in 2 episodes though, and so far the Godspeeds Barry has gone up against are all fake. We do not know how August Hart compares to the current Flash because they have never had a fight yet. Im sure they are going to make him much faster, especially is the theories of his being the main villain for the second half of Season 6 are true.

Thawn is the fastest. He knows the most about the speed force. Black flash is fast but not the fastest and Savitar’s suit gives him a speed boost

Ik I'm late but Savitar's suit protects him from his own speed so that he doesn't die. The suit doesn't make him faster because he already Is that fast, he just can't do It without the suit or his own lightning will kill him.

I think Savitar should be top. Yes he was defeated, but that doesn’t mean he was slower. When any other speedster travels, you can see them running to where they are going. Savitar seemingly teleports by running THROUGH the speed force. Also according to the comics and google, Wally West (eventually) becomes FASTER than INSTANT teleportation. He is deemed as the fastest speedster ever
