One of Cus' gems. Great fighter! I am not sure where to rank him of all time regarding the Light Heavyweights though, since it's so stacked historically.

+Scott C Yea it is difficult to place him because he fought a large portion of his career at Middleweight and then lost the Light-Heavy title to a natural Middleweight. Still a good fighter though and I always enjoy watching the Peek-a-boo style.

A lot of people overlooks Jose Torres’ capabilities; His movement and footwork were sleek, the way he easily switched in and out of peekaboo stance was second nature, the seemingly unreal reach and speed of his elegant gazelle punches, his lethal left. He was way ahead most of the boxers of his time and weight. Would love to see more footage. Thank you very much for sharing.

Dick Tiger is an All-Time Great top 8 middleweight, the fact that he fought at Lightheavyweight weighing essentially as a Super Middleweight makes him a higher ranked p4P than most middleweights. He was 37-38 when he won the lightheavyweight crown from this elite boxer jose Torres

His style of fighting is similar to my son’s who is also a light heavyweight fighter...a pressure fighter and hard hitter! My son is 18 and is Houston’s area golden glove champion 2020! @MZ-zu7wk ปีที่แล้ว +1

I think one of the greatest things about boxing, is all the different fighting styles of different boxers. At the end of the day, boxing is basically "punch, and don't get punched", but there is so much variety in how it's done. Every style has it's pros and cons, and one style that works for someone, might not work for someone else. That's why style clashes are so interesting. The classic "boxer vs brawler" or the "outside fighter vs inside fighter".
