    Thanks! In response to your questions:
    1) This is usually caused by not getting enough extension of the ankle, or if the boot is hitting the ice. Both can be caused by improper knee bend maintenance throughout the execution of the push.
    2) You are correct - most crossovers in game scenarios are executed at higher tempos. The higher speed execution becomes much easier as you master the fundamental techniques behind the skill.

    Hi Kevin your videos are great! I got a question~ For the demonstration at 3:39, when I extend my left leg under my right, I always got on my left leg toe pick and could not keep sliding or bring it back out, and at the same time I cannot keep my right leg flat, my right leg keeps going onto the inner edge so my whole body starts turning left. Any idea how I can improve it..?

      grace Law I have this same issue on the opposite side. I'm awful on my right side outside edge.
