I just made some and they were good but a little too much bisquick for me. I'm gonna cut the bisquick in half next time. I made 2 batches. Half with pepper jack cheese.
Those look killer. I got a video idea for you, something that a joint near me sells. They are called rib kabobs. Country style pork rib bites smoked on a wooden skewers until tender. Then you coat them with a tempura style batter to deep fry them. Coat with your favorite sauce. They are out outstanding.

Edit: After posting this I did find a breakfast sausage video you did about a year ago. I under that you have a premixed seasoning sponsor and how that would be a benefit to you but watching you use them is about like watching a video on how to bake a cake and having them throw a couple of eggs and some oil in a cake mix out of a box. I do like how you added some heat to the mix.
I like your vides but get frustrated when you put the measurments in grams rather than cups, tsp, ozs etc. Also its frustrating that you don'tput the recipes in writimg on your channel
Grams is what's using in sausage making. It's much easier to build recipes using those measurements. 👍🏼 Sounds like you get frustrated easily. Enjoy the videos.
