Hey Rissa!! I’ve been waiting for you to begin! Strangely, I’ve started watching several other hikers and have lost interest pretty quickly, just for the lack of interesting content. Mostly not enough talking and bringing us along into their thoughts and what they’re doing. And sometimes the music in the videos is a distraction. (Just my personal preference) Your video was PERFECT to hold my attention. I’m looking forward to going along with you on your roamin’ journey!! ❤

You had a good day for hiking. So glad the weather was beautiful on your first day. You're in my neck of the woods. I live way down Springer Mountain in town, but know exactly where you hiked today. Even though I'm not a hiker, I have friends out in the county close to Hickory Flatts. Wise of you to take precautions against norovirus. Hope no bears visited you during the night, and praying for a safe trip.

Trail Magic every Saturday (Beginning of MARCH thru 1st week of June) Times are 8am-6pm next to the Big Laurel Branch marker over by Elizabethton, TN. Spread the word and safe travels all of you hiking the Appalachian Trail!

I see you have a Zoleo. I have been trying to decide between that brand Garmin. Am leaning towards the Zoleo . Anyway good joyful video appreciate your enthusiasm.
