*The depth of insight in this video is incredible. I loved the way it highlighted the importance of silence during moments of anger and suffering. The analogy of the two arrows was particularly powerful and has given me a new perspective on how to handle my emotions more constructively. Thank you for this thoughtful and inspiring content!*
You will discover through the course of your life that there are words or situations that can “trigger” you. There’s an old saying about when you’re angry count to 10 slowly. There’s a reason for that. It allows you to pause and not be so reactive to the situation. Also, the silence protects you from causing harm to yourself or others. So when you are “triggered“ think about why that is. What was the situation in your past that you never dealt with that now becomes a sore spot if someone, who may have no knowledge of that situation, says something that rubs you the wrong way. Maturity comes from your own control in a given situation. You have no control over what someone else does or says. However, you do have control over how you react to it.❤️
Anger of loneliness anger of emptiness and being judged and rejected by the people na you trusted most. That’s why I detached myself sa lahat and nanahimik na ako. Kasi mag o overthink ka lang pag lagi mo sila iniisip.

This story really sparks curiosity! It makes you reflect on how silence can be more powerful than words in certain situations. I wonder, what are the key moments when staying silent can lead to greater wisdom and inner peace? 🤔
