Exactly, these laws exist because they need too, monsters exist and women and men should not need to fear that they could be SA'd, but the structure requires too little evidence to make an allegation and as such immoral people use the laws as a weapon of revenge. This will only make it harder in the future for real victims as the structure needs to change, to many false allegations are destroying the lives of innocent people.
You really have to understand what was happening in this area of England at the time. Rape gangs were very much in operation and thousands of young girls were victims. The lack of action by police and other services was appalling. Her false accusations did untold harm to the actual victims of these gangs who were struggling to be heard.
You would be amazed how little they verify. I was in a similar situation and my ex-girlfriend and her friend accused me of assaulting them. There was zero evidence that that happened. No bruises no marks no wounds nothing. I was arrested and spent the weekend in jail. While I was in jail she had victim services changed the locks on my house and I was court ordered to stay away from my own house. By the time I was able to arrange a police escort to go to my house all of my stuff was sold. I was never compensated for these false allegations and illegal incarceration. Doesn't matter the woman's the victim not the man lol
The incompetency of the police in this case is utterly astonishing. 60 girls were named in a massive sex-trafficking scandal, and they didn't bother to interview a single one (until considerably later)? The lack of basic police work allowed these innocent men's lives to be ruined. Too bad the victims didn't sue. Glad Williams received a hefty sentence and not a slap on the wrist.

If only she used her lying skills and vivid imagination to become a writer instead of trying to ruin innocent men's lives. She is a terrible person, and I pray these guys are able to recover from this.
She probably read some other monster's writings that encouraged her own abuses. Focusing your antisocial manipulative unregulated entitlement into writing a book or articles is not a good outlet because they are spread to others and a publisher might not stop it.
This happens more often than you would think: my wife worked in the women's ER in major metropolitan hospital and it seemed like it was every Sunday or Monday morning she would tell me about false accusations. Which is sad because it steals credibility from real victims and it destroys those falsely accused.
@pfunk1227 I was accused by my adulterous ex wife of ... and think about the logic here ... going to shoot myself, then go amd shoot her also married boyfriend and his kids. Now think about the logic there .... however, police arrested me, threw me into a cell for 24 hours (though cleverly fiddled things so they in fact held me way beyond the legal time limit) and kept rearresting me when it became clear the previous thing couldn't be pinned on me. She later admitted to me that she amd her boyfriend had figured that if I was jailed I could not fight in court to save my property in the divorce. But the takeaway is there was *no* evidence whatsoever as I genuinely had not done anything. They first arrested me for "controlling behaviour" (apparently if I had serially said I was going to shoot myself, that's is controlling!) then I was in the cell and when that was clearly nonsense arrested me for threats to kill, then when thaz was clealry nonsense, arrested me for threats with a Firearm... which of course was also completely untrue. Eventually they had to let me go, but when requested a copy of interview, sent me a blank CD and refuse to send a proper copy! As a completely innocent person I can tell you it feels terrifying when you realise the police will believ absolutely sny nonsense if a woman says it, even if it is phyiscally and logically impossible. Then when they realise they got it wrong, would rather make other charges up than simply admit that and release you.
@@pfunk1227100% the most despicable thing you can do! Essentially it’s just weaponising the justice system - the process becomes the punishment; they have to live with these accusations hanging over them (often for years); the accused is not granted anonymity either, so the chances of ‘vigilante justice’ are immeasurably high even if they don’t end up banged up pending trial….. and that’s before you even consider the financial cost of defending accusations like this, along with the emotional effects as friends/family distance themselves. Nothing happens, in most cases, to the false accuser - even where it’s gone to trial, a judge is usually directed to deem it not be in the public interest to prosecute a false accuser unless the circumstances are ‘exceptional’ (which usually means a history of false accusations needs to be established).
I don't support Ellie. But please remember that serial assault, when it occurs, is about power and dominance. The attractiveness of the victim is not a factor.
What exactly motivated her though? She sees all these stories of pretty young girls being assaulted and feels inadequate that no one ever wanted to grape her? Its so strange
Whats there to educate about? Literally the ONLY defense against this is to NEVER be alone in a room with a woman EVER! Even THAT isnt 100% foolproof, and you'll be called a misogynist and wont last long at any sort of job out in the real world. So what exactly am I supposed to teach them?
There are a few things. Don’t get drunk with them, don’t hang around dramatic girls, don’t go to parties alone and stay with people you trust. People give girls that advice but it’s just as important to give guys the advice to protect themselves as much as possible from false accusations (never perfect but lowers the odds)
My uncle is currently facing this. He was in jail for 3 months, a few months ago he FINALLY got house arrest. In jail they mistreated him horribly with not giving meds etc. They still haven’t done any investigation. A foster kid(who has falsely claimed before) claimed csa and they haven’t done ANYTHING to verify it. He was considered a violent offender and flight risk, the “event” would’ve happened 8y ago…. No bail, no hearing, no court date, no interviews, no investigation. It’s a small town so his reputation is absolutely destroyed and it’s amazing people still go to the store they own with the same name.
This is why "Believe all women." is about the stupidest slogan of all time. "Take all accusations of sexual assault seriously." is better, as the results of the investigation aren't predetermined. "Believe all women" pre-assumes guilt. Idiot slogan.
The problem is that as soon as you inject any bit of common sense into it, opponents absolutely froth at the mouth. Everything is framed as misogyny against women, even common sense. There's no sensible discussion to be has had, because "believe all women" has become so ingrained. It's widely viewed upon as something only incels and extremist MRAs are against, and as such, people wrongly labeled so.
The statement is “Believe women” because this is a case of provable false accusations when so many women have not been believed with credible claims with evidence.
@@MrYoungGun100what’s the difference? Not much To say believe women is all women what else would they be cats? A correct motto would be “ believe some women”
That’s why I almost lose my mind when I see people chant slogans like “Believe all women”. “Women wouldn’t like about something like this” Take seriously and investigate thoroughly but to ignore all due process is so harmful and counterintuitive. As someone who pushes for far heavier punishment for sexual assault crimes, I can’t then push for lighter due process.
Um yeah, that’s the not the believe all women movement saying not to investigate. It’s saying to stop ignoring or immediately disbelieving women, which historically has happened for so long it’s imbedded in our culture.
@@priscillac9171this is simply not true. Along with that was the notion that women wouldn’t lie about something like this. This idea is/ was very prevalent among many circles and even the proposition to wait and get the other side was harshly rebuked. Let’s not do revisionism.
I had a neighbor that spent much of her time calling the police, the city and schools with false accusations against neighborhood children and their dogs. I learned that the accuser in general has an advantage ,when it comes to being believed, over the accused. I ended up moving away, as did the family on the other side of her, and the family directly across. One afternoon, when normally I would be at work, I viewed her letting my dog out and then heard her calling animal control, from right outside the gate !
Because these women want protective men. The evolutionary advantages are obvious. The police and public outrage hysteria is the "protection" many women fantasise about. Sexual fantasy games of many couples play into this. These are biological instincts overclocked. We will have men potentially fighting other men. The ultimate manifestation of this white feathering men who refuse to go to war with the message being "Let and him fight over me (and to the victor goes the mating rights).
Should tell her about the hysteria and panic around the Salem witch trails and "reds under the bed". It's the sort of thing that genuinely persecutes and even leads to the death of innocent people.
women like this are the reason true victims don't come forward. Crying wolf is the most harmful thing that can happen to a man. If an assault takes place women need to be able to report it knowing it'll be taken seriously, but making false claims is so very wrong.

Consider this a friendly cautionary tale from a man who has stood upon the lookout toward towards the front of the Titanic crowded with lots and lots of women and seen the approaching ice berg. It sits a LOT deeper in the water than you dummies are capable of imagining, and its girth, weight and potential force is sufficient to reach a point of no-return. Once again, good luck! That’s actually a lie. The woman in question in the Till case never recanted her testimony. That was falsely published in a book in order to sell more of them and she denied recanting. The author recorded the interviews with the woman but there were no recordings of her recanting her testimony. Till’s father was a grapist who was hung for it, there were 3 black men who participated in the mob, and the store in which the woman worked had predominantly black customers. Not defending a mob carrying out vigilante justice but the evidence points to Till being a good boy who dindunothin just like all those we see on the news in modern times.
A lot of WW lied on BM to cover their tracks. They were believed no questions asked. They had the complexion of protection. Glad things are beginning to change.
The most recent case of recanting (an honest one) was the stripper that accused the Duke Lacrosse Team. Now in prison on an unrelated murder conviction she confessed to fabricating all of it. And that was 2006, a precursor stirring of Believe All Women. The complexion of protection has inverted, the only question is if it was by design or not.
This woman should be locked up for life. Funny though. They ignored Rotherham and similar crimes for years. Then jump in on this case without checking the facts adequately.

plus men generally, this is why we rather hire & work with other men, & why we avoid a lot of situations where this could happen, and why we are worried about ending up in situations like this without having done anything wrong...
This is the tame version of events. That girl DESTROYED those men. I've seen quite a few videos, and a documentary on this case, and I'll tell you this - the way her crimes are described in this video are only a fraction of what she did to those men. Even after she was convicted, her sentence was actually a lot less than that of Jordan. That poor boy was destroyed - physically as well as mentally - as a result of her lies. But what .akes it worse is that the police didn't doubt her story, even for a single milisecond , even when there was evidence that proved she was lying. And if not for her accusations towards Oliver, she probably would've gotten away with it.
And once she is released, she'll start this all over again - and the bumbling cops will probably do exactly the same.... in fact I'd be shocked if she hasn't started the false accusations from inside prison already.
Ooh I remember this! Looking forward to your speculation about what could have possibly been happening in this situation, but I am REALLY here for the analysis ❤

Every woman needs to be made to watch this. Especially the ones screeching that men are too scared to get with women these days. Like yeah no shit ladies, look at how you’ve acted.
Something to take into account is that in Rochdale, Greater Manchester in 2012 there actually WAS a sex trafficking ring involving multiple young women and run largely by Asians (what Americans refer to as Middle Eastern and East Indian people). Young women and their families had been going to the police since 2008 to try and gain the attention of law enforcement. However, at that time law enforcement stated many of the arguments given in Ellie’s case after her arrest because local politicians and police did not believe it could be real. Afterwards, law enforcement made a public apology for not finding the complaints credible and thus investigating the ring sooner. Frankly, I believe what happened in Rochedale was not forgotten by law enforcement and citizens; they were afraid of a replay of the Rochedale crimes. If one researches the Rochedale sex ring, it’s very obvious Ellie Williams borrowed much of her “evidence” from this real tragedy and its absolutely real victims.

This all come back to lack of punishment for false allegations. Which happens constantly. Working at a Job Corps I’d seen a lady make 2 different false allegations with zero accountability.
Partly because in most of her accusations, the supposed act had occurred much earlier, partly because the kits cost money that a lot of departments either don’t have (or claim not to have), partly because some groups will shout that the kits themselves are invasive and retraumatize the victims, and partly because asking questions or looking for evidence is considered anathema for certain crimes.
The officers who arrested innocent people and put them in jail should been held accountable, but what if it is a specific modus operandi promoted by Law?
A seriously damaged person. The poor guys. They should be compensated for false arrest and public slander. Police need to investigate the woman claiming abuse first. She should have had tests in hospital first and foremost. I hope lessons were learned by this policeforce.
Nothing is ever learnt... The Police have an 'internal investigation' hide damaging evidence, blame nobody in uniform, shuffle some bad or incompetent cops around (with a pay increase) and say ''we have learnt valuable lessons from this'' - close the investigation and as we all know a few years from now it will happen all over again.
We don't really have that level of compensation available to us in the commonwealth. In Canberra Australia David Eastman was locked up for 20 years and, tied up with the case for 30 years, for allegedly shooting the police chief Colin Winchester. He was found not guilty after 19 years in prison and thus released. He was awarded $7mil which is reasonable, but I would not give up 20 years of my life for it. This type of compensation is very rare, it's really only because it was such a high profile case. If you are interested look at a recent SA allegation from Canberra within Parliment house. She pulled out of the court case half way through claiming mental anguish and the gave gave her $1mill. It appears to be a lie but even though the charge has been dropped on the guy, he never got proven 'not guilty' so he has the label of a grapist for the rest of his life, he did not get compensated.
Whatever compensation they might receive isn’t going to make up for them getting to spend the rest of their lives always looking over their shoulders and getting dirty looks (or worse) from anyone who’s heard the story but missed (or chooses to ignore or disbelieve) the part where she lied.
Being the life of the party many years ago (and working in the adult entertainment club scene a couple of decades back) I have seen these sort of things transpire a few times in those situations. It made me clean up my act a long time ago and not even expose myself to those situations ever again. When I see people from their early 20's up into their 50's or older and they enjoy indulging in that party/club scene lifestyle frequently I am always baffled as to why. Not to mention people that drive under the influence, nothing good ever goes down after 10pm. I am not saying don't ever have a good time with your friends just be very careful of the company you keep. Most recently I am reminded of that Wade Wilson incident down there in Florida. If anybody doesn't know about that case I suggest they go get some details about that.
You shouldn't be baffled. You claim you use to live the same life so just remember what it was that motivated you then. As you grow older you perceive risk differently and move things about on your personnel hierarchy of risk. Some people don't see the risk as as likely to occur as you do, some people like my friend doesn't even see the risk as he thinks the world works as written on the box, 'I won't get in trouble because I'm not doing anything wrong' We all get wiser as we age, but still at different rates to each other
She should have been sentenced to 1 year in prison for everyone she accused . The 3 men, 3 years in prison, the 60 other women, 60 years in prison, the Asians, pick a number. That would have been justice served.
Her mother could have been apprehended for something too, she allowed her to roam freely, and engage in shady activities...Maybe, this, uhm 'bully girl' was sort of covering up for it by self harm, and playing a victim, to avoid being, 'thrown out' of her home eventually.
These traits read to me like BPD. My mom has this and would start legal battles and abused my brother and I as little kids. There were situations that she got herself into that were real, but most of her accusations were lies and apart of her lack of a strong sense of self/victim-complex. Luckily I’ve managed to reinstate the restraining order against her and have cut off contact for many years. Also dad is a lawyer so she was certainly punished in court.
What an incredible and hideous case of Munchausen. Real victims are always the more affected by people like these. And that includes, all innocent men, wrongly accused.
If you’re a man in this situation you’re guilty until proven innocent. Be careful out there. Isn’t it ironic she was charged with perversion of the law.
I'm not sure why any of this is surprising to anybody. Many social media-driven modern movements such as "me too" and "always believe the woman" make all of her claims seem like gospel to the police. They WERE entrapped by her and helpless to resist her lies.
It's incredibly bad. I remember reading some book by Laura Bates, and she seemed horribly dismissive about false accusations. She may have implied that men being worried of false allegations as being dramic or something. At least that's my interpretation of her reading.

The decision for western women to not become mothers and see being a SAHM as a demeaning position have simply pushed the responsibility of childbirth on to the women of developing countries. Some mother has a her child in Mexico and he packs his bags and goes to America and she losses his company. This has been the game plan in a lot of sectors for years now, and they always end up standing there looking foolish, saying “Why won’t you listen to us, why aren’t you on our side?” Because they can’t comprehend that treating everyone as the enemy and lying about your own internal sins, instead of approaching people with reasonable goodwill and being willing to examine and address the flaws in your own group would make you appear much better.
The police ignored the Pakistani (Asian) rape gangs despite abundant evidence, but they failed to investigate her claims adequately. It sounds like her drug abuse and alcoholism distorted her mind. She couldn't even develop a plausible story. I think she should spent 8 years in rehab. Prison will teach her how to be a better criminal.
They didn't ignore the Asian grooming gang they knew were happening, they arrested the white British kid they didn't investigate the Romi guy and the 60 girl story. It wasn't until she accused a second white British man that they had to investigate him to find out she lied. They only investigated her claim of Asian gangs after they knew it wasn't true because they proved the white British men part of her story was a lie. This is a very dark thing law enforcement did in the UK. I think they would have used that first guy as a sacrificial arrest and would have investigated the grooming gang part of her story like it was some uncrackable unsolvable part of her case if any of it was true to begin with.

What's worse is this little nugget of reality for ALL women: Your passive-aggressive, 'like me' comments on TH-cam that no judicial system ever encounters is the single, most reliable predictor of two eventualities for ALL women:
1. An unimaginably prolonged, painful backlash by that portion of the population you have been $ucking over for DECADES while hiding behind 'like me' comments.
2. One of the biggest erosions in trust, faith, confidence, love for, affection for and empathy for women that world history has ever witnessed. Not even the original 'matriarchies' $ucked things up this bad, and they didn't have ANY of the diplomas and certifications that you demonstrably stupid waifs have.
Good luck with all of that, and remember to 'duck' when $hit eventually starts flying your way - for whatever reason, you still can't envision this $hit, but as someone who's observed and experienced the growing impatience with the 'fairer/smarter sex' in places like mainland China and the continental United States, might I suggest you begin a very public and transparent cleansing of the soul, replete with public demonstrations of support for victims such as the lads in this video above.
See, unlike the gals, guys are not satisfied with your platitudes and 'like me' comments - in fact, they tend to garner the opposite response.
Your work is much and challenging - whether you choose to atone for your DECADES of virulent misandry and predatory behavior on males is, as it always has been, something fully and solely within your power as a woman.

If one researches the Rochedale sex ring, it’s very obvious Ellie Williams borrowed much of her “evidence” from this real tragedy and its absolutely real victims.
you keep mentioning it as if it were as relevant or widespread as the pedophilia of the UK/US Elites. What about Epstein, Maxwell, Savile, Dutroux, Prince Andrew and so many others? i don''t care about this racist rightwing blame shifting paid by royalist thinktanks who are the reason these people are here in the first place.
Why do you still believe women?
😂😂😂
@@AngelinoCarpetaAuthorities and politicians have all but admitted they covered for this kind of thing. And these were not "women". They were children. And their attackers all but bragged.
Oh, so it was more police incompetence? That certainly makes it all better then doesn't it?
Fake news
Imagine how many people are in jail now from being falsely by a woman like this
This happens all the time unfortunately
This all come back to lack of punishment for false allegations. Which happens constantly. Working at a Job Corps I’d seen a lady make 2 different false allegations with zero accountability.
I wish people realized how common this is.
It complete disgusts me that so many women have been called “courageous/brave/strong/etc” and they are obviously nothing more that two-bit liars
Somewhere there is a simp that thinks he can fix her
Why no rape examination after the accusations 🤔🤔
Excellent question!!
Because it simply is not required, Police will not take steps they don't have too, plus if she claims it was months ago
@kingcosworth2643 More that a SA victim does not have to consent to such an examination.
If they won't u shouldn't believe them.
When the police manual starts with: always believe the victims...
She is a disgrace to real victims
100%
@@kingcosworth2643 how sad. Some justice system.
The quote *”Believe All Women”* is very stupid if you can women can lie.
Hello Dr. Grande!
Police let her get away with this Madness.
"Let her get away with it", they're practically accomplices.
Make qualified immunity illegal
Some people don't see the risk as as likely to occur as you do, some people like my friend doesn't even see the risk as he thinks the world works as written on the box, 'I won't get in trouble because I'm not doing anything wrong' We all get wiser as we age, but still at different rates to each other
I remember when Rudy Giuliani said that he can accuse you of anything and it’s up to you to defend yourself. How that work out Rudy?
Thank you for your analysis on this case, Dr. Grande.
She should have been sentenced to 1 year in prison for everyone she accused . The 3 men, 3 years in prison, the 60 other women, 60 years in prison, the Asians, pick a number. That would have been justice served.
remember to believe all women tho whatever you do
This is modern day evil.
Her mother could have been apprehended for something too, she allowed her to roam freely, and engage in shady activities...Maybe, this, uhm 'bully girl' was sort of covering up for it by self harm, and playing a victim, to avoid being, 'thrown out' of her home eventually.
I asked for this one, thank you Dr. Grande.
She is beyond insane!
Seems more like histrionic and covert npd to me or maybe all 3

What an incredible and hideous case of Munchausen. Real victims are always the more affected by people like these. And that includes, all innocent men, wrongly accused.
Didn't the police bother to interview the suspects and just threw them in jail right away?
She and some other women who falsely accuse men of abuse should go to jail. Bearing false witness is not only a sin to God but to neighbor.
@@skycloud4802 A lot of feminists have this attitude, these people have no empathy, they are psychos who want purpose and latch on to a social movement to be awarded and appreciated, they don't actually care, otherwise they would care as much for the men whose lives get destroyed as the do about the poor women who are actual victims of SA and lives get destroyed. The decision for western women to not become mothers and see being a SAHM as a demeaning position have simply pushed the responsibility of childbirth on to the women of developing countries. Some mother has a her child in Mexico and he packs his bags and goes to America and she losses his company. These women aren't thought about, or cared about, I've not once heard it mentioned, but the immigrants going to every western country aren't coming from outer space, they are some mothers son or daughter.
@@skycloud4802A lot of folks in that particular mental sphere tend to assume that any man who is concerned has likely or will likely do something to deserve being concerned (that’s assuming they’re not of the stripe that just thinks *all* men have done something wrong, of course.) They also like to ignore or brush off any statistic that doesn’t suit the story they want to tell, frequently painting it has more propaganda that just reinforces “The Patriarchy” or whatever oppressive force they’re against that day, and any questions, concerns, or contrasting evidence is just treated as “proof” of how victimized they really are.
Mattress girl
She's very sick. But very dangerous. She ruined those men.
Rise of the vindictive. When they don't get their way, they seek to destroy.
The police ignored the Pakistani (Asian) rape gangs despite abundant evidence, but they failed to investigate her claims adequately. It sounds like her drug abuse and alcoholism distorted her mind. She couldn't even develop a plausible story. I think she should spent 8 years in rehab. Prison will teach her how to be a better criminal.
no they didn't ignore them, they knew exactly what was going on
They didn't ignore the Asian grooming gang they knew were happening, they arrested the white British kid they didn't investigate the Romi guy and the 60 girl story.
Fuck that, in America prison is punitive. That’s why Britain has lost its way.
@@GB-nu6owthat's what ignoring means. Your comment is redundant.
Drug use warping ones mind !! That must be a first .
This is why "Believe all women" is so pathetic and dangerous. People lie man or woman, so just believing anyone without evidence is absolutely dangerous.
