sorry i forgot to include on vid And yes, I skipped the Magic Hair Gel because I'm not sure how having shiny hair helps in combat?
The only problem with the frog is that the enemies that get eaten don't drop loot.
also it doesn’t count to monster eradication and the cooldown takes too long
true true, its just good to have if you're in there for ores!
And it eats truffles!
@@WildWestNeko it’s because there are these crabs that normally have stones on them (in the mines) now exist on the farm. If you kill them, they are dropping even more truffles, but the dumb frog just eats them

Frog would be cool one but it seems to be too slow and inconsistent for combat avoiding when mining, quiver or ice rod seems to be more benefitial for those, and it do not count to hunting lists in guild nor gives any loot at all, not sure if is at least counts to quests on killing mobs
the ice rod is a total life saver in dangerous mines, i think its better than quiver cause the KB is kinda annoying
It's just aesthetic for me lol
for dagger builds i think i prefer the ice rod over the golden spur since the ice rod covers the biggest headache and weakpoint of daggers namely their short range and the larger difficulty handling large groups of enemies. It just makes combat less hectic.

The quiver has “rapid” and “heavy” variants that give higher fire rate/less damage and slower fire rate/more damage respectively
For me i like to use fairy box + weapon with vampiric buff is hard to lose your hp, so good bro😂

Fairy is for defense build, since you can make +6def rings now and +1 def book you can really get tanky

Have had good results with the Fairy box with a full Defense set up. (2 crabshell rings mixed with the rings you like, dwarf sword with 3 topaz in it, dragonscale boots, and best def food) at def ~30 you take very little damage from anything. For reference 30 is the hardest hitting thing in normal skull caverns, 32 is the hardest in dangerous normal mines, and 55 is the hardest in dangerous skull. so, I am taking 1-5 damage and getting back 15 health.

I use the heal fairy and the parrot and switch between them if i go into tha dungeons. No heal items neccesary with the fairy, she heals quite a lot I think it depends on fighting mobs. The parrot is great for a good amount of income while fighting and looting.

The Fairy Box is for people who are a bit negligent with their health. The passive healing works well enough to keep a player from having their mining run ended early because they weren't noticing how much damage they've taken.
The fairy box also helps for the Hungry skull cavern Qi quest- considering that locks you out of eating to recover health

oh for frogs and parrots you just have to equip them like normal trinkets ✨

its the best idea since trinkets are so rare its better to collect them early xD
but keep in mind that enemies killed by froggy dont drop items.
thats the only downside i see.

the basilisk paw is useless since u can get total immunity through mermaid shoes and and one immunity ring. ' -'
So the frog is my favourite since u will be happy when u get it and not only if its level 5.
The frog is especially silly when u are playing multiplayer and have multiple froggies. Well i didnt test it but if they dont share cooldown basicly cave diving gonna be a breeze.
But please dont underestiminate the fairy. Its a blessing for all people strugling with combat. Especially when playing multiplayer. In multiplayer time dont freeze when u eat, it can lag sometime and u get hit too often. A tanky fairy build makes u basicly invincible. Two Crab Rings, One immunity band for total immunity with the mermaid shoes and one free of choice. I would recommend a iridium band for convinence or a burglars ring.
Some players are struggling with the dangerous types of the mine.
oh youre right, the fairy could be good for multiplayer!
It's not useless since with it, you can take different boots with higher defence, and have different rings that grant you other bonuses such as drop rate or damage or vampirism.
@@HebiSnake using different boots increases your defense by 2 at best. So i think if someone really struggles with Combat the fairy crabring combo is the way to go. Of course someone who does not struggle with combat can use different rings and trinkets :D
@@dadatwinkles1618 Fair enough, I have not really compared all the options in great depth, but I do think the extra ring slot is something to consider
The fairy is definitely better the higher your defense gets. The basilisk claw allows you to use the dragonscale boots and something other than the immunity ring. Both good choices
