im now waiting patiently for my 46cc 😊 i spoke with Paul over in Ireland and did a little business the other day 😉 i cant wait to get my hand on this beauty and get it broken in !!
+Sean O'Neill no problem dude.. my pleasure! i hope the OBR team does well and makes it BIG! we need an Obr store over here in the Uk 😉 Keep up the good work !
+Sean O'Neill thats cool man.. im intouch with Paul via facebook so hes only a message away if need be. Any idea when you guys are getting hold of the pipes ? Thanks 😊
that was a kickass video man its been awhile I've been by I see what I have been missing out on brother you are kick ass dude you definitely know your shit
Awesome stuff lads that a bitchen motor one of the lrish large scalers is due to get one of these can't wait to see it. Ha the aul pulse line 😎. to be fair a 30.5 full moded reed case motor is plenty for a Baja😵. But hey never enough horsepower. 👌👌
awesome video! i like how you dont repeat anything, its 30 minutes of solid info. Quick question Dan. I run the losi 5ive and i love the idea of more torque. im trying to decide on what engine to get. in your opinion should i get the G340RC Full Mod or the (6316) - 8.2hp CNC Ported Full Mod 30.5cc TR/OBR 4 Bolt Reed Case Engine... trying to decide between those 2.
+RideRedRacer Thank you! It really depends on the power output you would like. The G340 being a larger displacement is going to have more torque. The 30.5cc won't be as aggressive off the line but having a smaller bore cylinder is going to rev higher. They're both great engines and produce a lot of power in a Losi 5ive.
ok thank you so much for your reply. just hearing it from you really gives me confidence in your products. You guys really are doing it right. its this kind of effort from you guys that are going to pay off. ill def talk my friends into looking into your engines too.
I just bought the motor do you sell the hardware mounting kit to put it in the Losi 5ive or is there a website where I can buy the brackets in mountain hardware you put on the motor for my Losi 5ive
I have a rovan v5 slt buggy I have a stock 36cc has good strong power but when time comes I want more power what would be the best motor. And will I have to upgrade anything else with a little bigger motor
Hi Dan I'm thinking of putting a 47 mod in my 2.0 Losi 5T just a question the centre diff is mounted differently is there anything you have done a ready for the 2.0 to suit the 46 motor
What's up Sean from Long Island N.Y.!! Hope all is well! My 10HP motor from you guys still works great and it's still on my 5T! But now I'm really loving my XL MT!!! Do you guys have any hop ups for it and will this motor work on it?? Or do you recommend something else for it that would be bad ass? I'm not knocking the stock 29cc because for a stocker it's not bad at all and blows away the 23 cc and 26cc but I just need something killer!!!! Not the next level up but 2 levels up!!! Thanks and keep up the great work at OBR
Is the 34 reed a work horse or is it more of a performer ? I'm looking for a bad ass work horse of a motor. That 46 looks like it could be one? I'm worried that a bad ass 34 reed would be more of a performer instead of a work horse. Usually a good performer motor tends to run to hot or sometimes over heat from my experience in the past from my 5th scales and a few of my friends RCs as well. I would think that the best thing to do with a big ass RC like the MTXL is to go bigger CCs? Just because the torque would make it feel like a lite weight and the motor won't have to work as hard so in return the motor most likely will run all day with out overheating? I'll do what you recommend because you are the man for this and you know best. Do you think sometime in the future you guys would come out with a 46 for the MTXL? If so I will wait for it! If not then let me know for sure about the 34 Reed. Thanks for your help and keep up the great work.
I need your help. the muffler screws on my baja keep on loosening. I have 27cc with a stock muffler I've tried lock tite red and blue. any suggestions/ideas
like to see a bit of versatility! but it has more parts than a action man! what difference in weight is it with all the mounting gear and engine? compared to a stock motor👍 like the idea though
+BAJAFLATOUT!! Versatility as in fitting different cars? If that is what you're referring to we're working on mounting for other cars as well as a reed case. Compared to a normal engine setup there is only 4 additional items being the billet mounting. Engine/pipe/mounting add about 2 pounds of weight.
Your not a "fan" of locktite, and apparently torque wrenches either, yet you are presenting yourself as an expert engine builder? I can tell by watching you over torqued those bottom brackets. Also your using steel bolts in aluminum castings, you need to use either locktite or anti corrosive compound or they will seize due to galvanic response. It would be a lot better if you did it by the book for customers and let them decide for themselves if they want to be shade tree mechanics.
lucky to have you guys in south bay. dan was soo cool to help me with my fg getting tuned. OBR your doing it right.
+loren linton Than you!
I plan on putting this engine on my go ped, can't wait to see how it acts.

Thank you for your order. We have a few 46cc's heading to Paul as soon as some more pipes show up.
+Sean O'Neill no problem dude.. my pleasure! i hope the OBR team does well and makes it BIG! we need an Obr store over here in the Uk 😉 Keep up the good work !
Thank you. We have a UK distributor. If you would like to send me an email I'll pass along his contact info.

Love it guys my OBR 46 fits perfectly and this engine is big I just didn't get all of the bolts for it but the engine is awesomeness thanks.
+BigMacBook1300 If your kit was missing bolts drop me an email and I'd be more then happy to send them out.
+Sean O'Neill ok thanks.
Would be awesome to see this setup in the Losi MTXL
That’s a great video brother 🔧👊🏼💪🏻👍🏼

cool man! Get it thrown in! 👍
+BAJAFLATOUT!! We will get it done ASAP as were getting a ton of requests for an HPI version.
Hi Dan I'm thinking of putting a 47 mod in my 2.0 Losi 5T just a question the centre diff is mounted differently is there anything you have done a ready for the 2.0 to suit the 46 motor
Hi! Does that engine fit for my rovan baja 5b?

Sorry but the 46cc is only compatible with the Losi 5ive and mini wrc. Largest and most power we have a for an mtxl would be a 34cc reed. Thanks

If not is it forthcoming for the MTXL?
When are the reed case for the 46cc coming?
Will this work in my Redcat Rampage XT???
Hello sir does this motor fit on the Losi DBXL?
Sorry it does not
Will the 46 cc fit losi dbxl
I need your help. the muffler screws on my baja keep on loosening. I have 27cc with a stock muffler I've tried lock tite red and blue. any suggestions/ideas
Are you using lock washers on the bolts?
Sean O'Neill no locking washers
Try lock washers with loctite and that should solve it
Sean O'Neill so I bought nord lock washers they look bro. they clearly say they can not be vibrate loose. testing it soon
That should do it
yep sure that motor will go a lot better in a baja! as in weight I mean, when do you think something will be made to fit that motor in a baja?
+BAJAFLATOUT!! We're working on it now but I can't give an accurate release date at this point because we're just starting on it.
like to see a bit of versatility! but it has more parts than a action man! what difference in weight is it with all the mounting gear and engine? compared to a stock motor👍 like the idea though

I want this motor, time to get saving up. But what's the weight of the mounts u gave to add on. This truck is heavier enough, lol.
Also what's the best drivetrain to go with for this engine? I.e cvds, cups.
ice cream truck. that is when tou know its socal.! paletero man
Hi, will this set up work in my new MTXL?
Sorry it will not. Largest engine we offer for the MTXL is the 34cc. Both the full mod and reed are compatible.
will this motor fit in the new kraken vekta5? that would b awsome..
+April Arenivar I'm guessing if it will we will need to make a new mounting kit
will this fit a goped gsr46r?
why do theyHave plastic on the carbs seem like a poor choice I have seen this on small engine
Does it fit the mtxl
Sorry but no, the largest engine we offer for a mtxl is a 34cc
what about the losi dbxl?
+April Arenivar We only have mounting for the Losi 5ive right now.
the background noise is like it's own video the helicopter shot the ice cream truck then the fire truck showed up. But nice video
in need buy pipe and pion give me site pls
Your not wrong on that exhaust been ugly. Lol Jheeezzeee lmao.

dan you need some gauged ears lol
Hi
Steroid style lol ;)

Will that setup fit the losi dbxl gas
