Pregnancy should be treated like any other physical unavailability/injury. Your still getting paid but if we can trade your for multiple players that will be available then thats a no brainer

Pregnancy is a problem with WNBA management. You can also look at Skylar Diggins' situation to see this point.
While it is incredible to think that an employer would prefer their female employees to plan pregnancies to the company's schedule, things certainly appear that the WNBA prefers that their employees not get pregnant as the season approaches.
Paid Maternity Leave for WNBA players is in their current CBA. Skylar Diggins' team's management was\is peeved at her. She gave them an F-you in response.
Pregnancy is gonna happen, whether planned or not. But what is indeed clear: the WNBA is not the enlightened women-first entity that they proclaim to be.
"Hear me roar" falls on deaf ears throughout the ownership groups.
The WNBA has the worst executives of any sport,( it's criminal with how horrible they have marketed the league ).It's sad when top AAU girl basketball players say they don't even watch the WNBA. It's sad !
That maybe the reason so many getting cut out of school . Expectations Expectations etc.
NCAA women players don't watch it, either. There was an anonymous survey done at the Women's March Madness Tournament among the women players. The results were disappointing, yet there doesn't seem to be much of a big effort to make things change.
Are the WNBA execs just going through the motions? Giving lip service to the idea of growing this league?

I personally LOVED Double Teamed. It was one of my favorite Disney Channel movies growing up.
Hamby put blood sweat and tears aces are not the aces without her. Praying for her and her family.
The aces got an upgrade to replace her. It was minor detail that she had been a liability for the last three season and the aces wanted to reload. They could have just waived her. The aces shouldn't be punished for trading a player even if it was due to pregnancy.
Dallas need to hire sue bird to coach that team. Talking about winning culture. Start with the sue.
