Becky is one of those rare people that deserve all the success that she receives because she works HARD in order to earn it. I am so happy for her and I know she's going to continue to succeed. I was a fan of hers as a player, and now as a coach. We need more people like her.

GLAD that Becky got to be head coach, it's a shame it didn't work out with the Spurs but hopefully she can get some championships in the WNBA. I live in the UK, and for a little while WNBA matches were on TV in the early hours of the morning, and I watched out of curiosity and ended up as a Becky fan, one thing I noticed while watching these clips, was the crowds that were watching the games, there seemed to be a lot of interest in the league at the time Becky was playing. I can admit that when Becky stopped playing I lost interest, and also the games were no longer being broadcast in the UK. But I have checked into the league a few times over the last few years, and the league seems to have lost its purpose just like the NBA. They have forgotten that people want to watch a game and not to be preached to, that's why both the NBA and the WNBA are dying a slow painful death in the ratings, IMO people watch sport and entertainment to distract themselves from how crap life can be, and I can honestly say that all the political and social issues that happen in America are not the be all and end all, so please stop pushing it into everything, the rest of the world has there own crap to worry about.
When a team is coached by a player who has A LOT of credentials, that team will be disciplined, successful, CHAMPIONS! oh wait.. :3
Need you to retract your 2021 comment about Knick guard "Jalen Brunson, being too small." It appears a few Steven A. Smith female sports commentator wannabe's on the take at ESPN short on NBA history, have repeated this disrespect, more than once. But you started, it. If you've noticed, most nights, Mr. Brunsons south paw leads the Knicks, with a third of the teams points. But you also disrespected NBA greats; Allen Iverson, Nate Archibald, Mugsy Booges, and Spud Webb, among others. So we need you all to clean up what we as his fanbase inclusive of ESPN subscribers perceived as, offensive. Please cease the attack on Mr. Brunson, and apologize to him, on air.

pop never made it a big deal when becky was hired, bufford also did not make a big deal of it... it was the media and their lofty expectations... i mean after 8 seasons with only 4 playoff appearences and 2 play in appearances how can anyone expect her to be a head coach.. coach bud, ime udoka and even ex 76ers coach brown worked nearly 10+ seasons before leaving san antonio... the fact that she steam rolled her opponents in the wnba just shows the level of difficulty the NBA has and how the wnba needs to look beyond pronoun and gender nonsense and focus on game style development unique to the wnba
