BANG BANG OH WHAT A SHOT FROM CURRY WITH 6 Tenths OF A SECOND REMAINING FOR 46 POINTS
The fact that It's currys first NBA game and He just walks in like he's been in there for years and knows everyone
Because he knew he was going to be there for years. Inspirational story.
He walked in like he's been there before because his father played in the NBA so he was already use to going into NBA locker rooms with his dad.
Yeah it's crazy. If you didn't know this was before his first NBA game, you'd think he was already there a long time
Well his dad is dell curry who been in the league so I’m sure he already knew all them folks thru his pops
his dad literally had him train with nba players and scouts since he was in high school. Of course he was going to fit in well. That's like when Christian Mccafrey who had been coached by pro offensive coordinators and been in NFL locker rooms since he was a baby became the best RB in the league after college. Nah freakin dip. He was literally bread with the life to play in the NBA.
It's crazy how they're all treating him like nothing when he's literally better than all of them now, future hall of famer.
it's always like that, it makes his story more legendary XD
Top 5 PG of all time. And the greatest shooter ever
@@my_other_side473 if we talking about pure individual and team accomplishments along with legacy his only second to magic at the point guard position. His a top 10-15 player of all time. Crazy also arguably the best free throw shooter of all time besides from being the undisputed best 3pt shooter in the history of the game. One of the most efficient players ever. Probably the best off ball player of all time. Damn and no one expected this from him which makes his story even sweeter. Hard to believe people actually hate on this guy
you obviously don't know body language. They were treating him like shit because they were all jealous. Don Nelson said he was the best player he has seen since steve nash even before he played 1 single game. when you see your teammate making every single shot in practice, thats not called treating him like nothing, thats called i hope i dont lose my starting job to this guy
@@yohannesnegga2864 I didn't say they were bullying him or nun, just that they probably had no idea what he would become.
Humble since day 1. That's why he's one of my favorite players. MJ, Kobe and Steph.

Steph was the last man standing from that 2009 team and they built the team as we know today around Steph. Steph is the reason how I even know GSW, had not been a basketball fan since Michael Jordan Bulls retired. Steph came along and made basketball exciting for me again, looking forward to next season.
Yeah i agree, Steph was my reason I ever watched and loved basketball and the NBA!
back in the day we don't have much coverage of other teams in our local channel, so I am not into watching NBA, but when I do tune in I always saw warriors lose, and I said why can't just they remove that team, they always lose.

@@rainmaker5056 totally agree
For entertainers and athletes to play in front all of those people they have to have a certain level of confidence and some cockyness to go out and put on a show and plus the NBA loves it and they alllllll do it...they all pump their fists and scream after scoring and so on and so on when they play

He's a better person than he is a basketball player! He speaks with smooth confidence, he doesn't rush his thoughts, he makes eye contact, and he has excellent insight into things. Plus, he is polite and humble! He is still on top of his game, both on and off the court today as I type this in his 13th season!
He went from paper boy to best 3pt shooter of all time. That’s inspirational, man!

Steph hugging that lady before he walks into the area shows his character.
GREAT UPLOAD! 3:58 gave me the chills. I was lucky enough to meet him at a fan meet n greet in Oakland before his Sophomore year.... Only had about 20 seconds with him of course as he signed my shirt.
I said, "Thanks Steph. Can you do me a favor? Can you bring us a championship?"
He smirked and said, "I'll do my best."
Well sir... your best was 4x better than what I had asked for.... and infinity times more than many Warrior-faithful expected.
The cameras were here to capture the beginning of this legend. One of the things I like is that he is still a Warrior, the team that drafted him. He had a presence since day 1 and lead this team to become a dynasty.

It's awesome how he looked like a 16 year old out there haha. What a legend Steph is man.
I am just so amazed by his humility.. I played Basketball as a kid back in Africa.. Lost the track to soccer.. He is fisrt Basketplayer to have his poster in my bedroom.. And I am in my fifties.. God, whenever he shoots is like his hands are connected to the hoop.. God, IT IS SO DIVINE..
Man already knew he would be the best shooter in history, he got that subtle confidence
bro didn't just do it the right way, he invented his own right way.
I am blown away with how he looks and sounds very much the same in some ways. The way he drove the net with the no look pass out is EXACTLY the way he does it now as a one of the best pgs in the league... Figured it out young man
His first game was against my Rockets. And since then they've been our biggest arch nemesis 😥😥
Will always remember this game but i never thought he would be what he is today👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 WWWWAAARRRRIIOOORRRRRSSSSS!!!
He Make The Crowd Energized 💯🔥
4 time champion. Tied for the most of his era. If he goes for 5 he’s the best in the 2010s-2020s for me
Can't believe I just watched Steph Curry's debut game. It's awesome!!
Just a warning, Mr Bob Fitzgerald and Jim Barnett, you are going to say "GOOOD" and enjoy a lot with that kid Steph Curry.
NOW HE A 4 TIME CHAMPION AND 2 TIME FINALS MVP!!!!!!!!! LETS GOOOOO
I was at this game! A buddy of mine at the time had an extra ticket. Pretty good seats too. Like 30 rows from the court. Even then Steph looked like he belonged for sure. I didn’t expect him to be a legend, but definitely a solid pro.
Curry is a class act and a born leader!! The way he carries himself truly inspires me to be a better person....i love it!! Thank you Steph and God Bless you
First game, he seemed disappointed with the loss. Shows really Curry is a competitor. It's his first game, he should have been super excited to start and have the game close 108-107. But you know he wants to win. And that's why even if he has 4 championships, he will try to get more.
Greatness in the making. I knew he was going to be special after that performance in the playoffs against the Spurs after a few years in the league. You could see the Warriors dynasty unfolding along with Curry's greatness.
i knew after his NCAA run... that type of synergy on the court can't be taught or learned
He became everything he wanted to be, mindset
the way this guy was being documented from wayback...they literally knew what’s coming
i think they do that with all rookies for future documentaries if they become superstars
They do it for everyone clown they just don’t post the failures
If you think about it his rise to NBA superstardom was fairly quick. It only took him and GS 5 years for him to win MVP and a Ring. Not many players in history can say that
Steph Curry is such a good shooter and he's so inspirational and something special
Look at curry man, still in gsw!! So inspirational
And yet Steph Curry became a 3x champion,2x Mvp,Scoring Champion and known as the greatest shooter ever and a legend in GS too.
Flight: Look at curry man he been inspirational since day one
Fast forward to 2022 who would’ve said he’d have 4 chips, finals MVP, 8 finals apps, greatest shooter that lived. Possibly top 10 all time (imo he is).
To think this was him in his rookie year and Now a couple of days ago he won the three point contest so inspiring how he changed his game throughout his career and became the legend he is today.
Steph is such a player. He played and still plays for fun.
Curry, the player that changed the way the game was played... and an over all good guy my man

Damn his jumper looks really different now
I'm a steph dickrider at most. His guiding hand is kinda falling off everytime he shoots now, back then he uses his guiding hand more often to aim. Now because he shoots way more deep he has to lower his release point by an inch for his shot to go farther.
he got much stronger , the same movement doesn't work any more
He changed his shot. His shot pocket used to be low now he shoots way higher.
I like how theres always a conversation regarding who is the greatest in a particular part of basketball, for example there are always debates regarding who is the best player, who is the best center, the best point guard, but yet there isnt a debate on who the greatest shooter is.. thats just pure greatness
