1st playthrough - I had No idea how my choices impacted the game or what was scripted. I NEVER cheered so hard in a game as when I saw bloody Grunt walking out of the cave. 🎉🎉

I named my dog after Grunt. Hes a food obsessed 23 lb rat terrier, and this scene is exactly how he goes after rats. Grunt, Garrus, and Legion are my favorite characters
Playing through the Mass Effect franchise again, with my 65 year old mom watching for the first time. I expected Thane or maybe Mordin to hit her hardest, but her biggest emotional reaction was to thinking Grunt was dying lol. Maternal instincts?
This scene and Gruntz birthday on the Citadel...All it reminds me of, is the Marines Corps Infantry and our commitment. Plus the celebration climbing on the Krogan memorial just brings back memories of dumb shit we used to do on the USMC birthday in Vegas.....
Im playing a multiple Mass Effect Trilogy Story playthorughs renegade and paragon with different male and female shepards with a time-line so much fun playing my 7th playthrough with renegade female shepard where its all different choices and romances and difference checks for certain things to happen I thought Grunt would die since I didn't do his loyalty mission in ME2 but I killed the rachni queen in ME1 and then I walked away from the breeder in ME3 with Grunt surviving the suicide mission without me doing his loyalty mission but he survived and I thought he was gonna die im not complaining im really happy that he survived but im just surprised it happened that way even tho 7th playthorugh im doing refusal ending for 1st time yikes but bottem line here my Boy Grunt somehow survived Yaaaaaaaaaaaa
My Grunt died in ME2 so when this happened in ME3 with his stand in I was very confused why they made it so dramatic with the music. I did figure out on my own that it must have been because it was supposed to be Grunt.

One of the three moments that made me cry in the trilogy. Priority rannoch and the end game cinematic are the other two. Grunt is awesome man
