Hi Peter (of the loo), Yes a super show although less people would have been prefable it was very nice to meet you again although with so many YT'ers there not enough time to have a good old chat with everyone, I am sure the extra day helps and you like me bought nothing but did get a few visiting cards and it is a tiring event to attend but looking forward to next year when I may come for the 2 days I will have to see. I do think having to pay at the hotel is naff if Hornby Mag can let you park for free so should the hotel one of the reasons I do not go to Warley is the parking charges as well as the distance to get there. Nice bit of running with the new 37's a video on my new one will come at sometime in the future I have the steamer to do first keep safe and great you have recovered some what from the W/E. Nice to meet so many people that you get to know on youtube. Great to meet you and chew the fat over a pint, It hit me Monday, Glad I drove down on friday and took we weekend as it came, I left about 1.30 time as I went over the M1 it was at a standstill southbound.
Hi Peter, great video, i went to the show on Sunday which was ok, i parked eventually round the back on the pavement, the show was better last year and there were more bargains, Accurascale were not as chatty as last year, i found out that the 3rd run of their class 37 will have working roof fans, i hope they have a some different liveries on that run for us, i didn't see you but i did see Jenny Kirk and her side kick, i've never been to Warley so i might give it a go this year, thanks for sharing.
ULEZ is dividing our city ,but what’s getting up my hooter is these cycle lanes put in narrowing the main roads here in Hammersmith a bus can just about get down if it breaks down that’s it off at all meetings mate ,anyway back to the trains I wanted to go but my nutmegs are still not good but nice to meet people from here ,all the best from west side Mark 😊😊

Hi Peter, had a brief chat with you on the Saturday missed the you tube meet up due to the poor bus shuttle service hour and a half wait not very good walked in stead arrived 12.30 then had to get a taxi back because of another queue when one of the buses broke down lol couldn’t make it up show was good but very busy try again next year nice running session as usual cheers al
Hi Peter and loved meeting up with you at long last albeit very briefly. So much to do and so much to see once you got through the crowds. A good show though but in my opinion the Pete Waterman layout although fantastic, made matters worse with the crowds and the slightly cramping of other stands/layouts. Hi Graham yes at last we met up. Spent time with Rob as it happens it was good to meet him too. Yes to be honest it was to busy and awesome as it was I think Peters layout is too big. Every time I got a look at it nothing was happening, maybe because the train takes 8 minutes to do a circuit and they can't see what they are running. Next year I might just make it for the one day as I was very tired at the end. All the best Peter
@@torridonroadbypeterdixon4162 To be honest, I think Pete’s layout shouldn’t have been there for two reasons, it was the star attraction and so the crowds were enhanced because everyone wanted to (understandably) see it and because of its shear size then I thought that the other traders and layouts were shuffled up too close to fit them all in, in fact I overheard two traders saying exactly that. I think if I go next year then it will be for one day and that will be on the Sunday to make sure there is no football match on so parking should be a little easier - just my thoughts but still a good show though.
Hello Peter. How did we not meet up. I asked lord Ale and others have you seen Peter they all said yes but could I see you could I monkies. The show was very good but I see the future being over busy with so many local shows that have now gone. The parking and bus service was a god send and I hope they keep this going but even that got grid locked during the day. I like the look of them post office Yorks 50 a do me for my depot. Traveling by train would have been so easy, free bus to the area and back and it stops outside the station, cant be bad. I popped onto the station for 3/4 hour. Loads of pendos and 350s. Hi Peter, I liked your video, as always. I went to GETS on Saturday by train, but avoided the bus fiasco by getting the train to Bletchley. Where it is a mile (20 minute walk), to the Marshall Arena. Keep up the good work. Nigel
